Probably top strut bearings on there way out , common issue on berlingos , need to remove struts to replace , best way to check is to disconnect track rod ends and then turn road wheel to check for roughness

Went back into work at 9 tonight to try update my contingency tests , got one thru system then it crashed ! It just ain’t funny now as you spend more time worrying about the paper work than testing the car ! Looks like another day of the same stuff tomorrow , here’s the ct number 0245DDBC

Didn’t realise that was the numbers that have transferred to the new system , if that’s the case don’t know how it will cope with the extra traffic ! Trouble is that it’s a busy time of year for this crap !

Yeah been using it for a week , was terrible today and had to use contingency testing for a while , wasn’t that bad last week but it deffo takes longer to register fails than the old system , plus various glitches , should get better hopefully soon !

Slight hijack guys but please be careful , the Scottish police service are pulling bikers over at 5pm , they are very nice at the start. , nice bike etc and asking where have you been , soon as you say at work the mood changes , have you got commuting to and from work on your policy. ! They then contact your insurance to confirm. , if not the bikes uplifted ! And you get a nice six points on your licence , this has happened to a good few folk I know. So either. , get the right insurance or say u been shopping , sorry to cut in but better to know !

So let me get this right. , you ordered stuff. , probably told what day it was coming ? Why were you not in waiting for it. ? , 45 pence per parcel is the delivery amount for the driver and if you ain’t there to collect you need to try again the next day with no more money to cover your fuel !

My kili flyer came with them fitted , done 220 hours since February , stick to the 30 hours oil change and you won’t have any problems , apart from the stupid rebound small Allen key securing screw , because mine was of so often for oil changes it wore out and is currently on Ben lomond somewhere !

    Hi jsnc
I do a lot of Xc stuff mixed with trail centres , like I say I use the bike a lot and find it a great bike

Yeah I have one , got it in December , just the base model but must say good bike , solid but a bit heavy , use it for Xc , trail centres and a bit of mountain stuff , was worried that 120 travel wouldn’t be enough but so far it been fine , done 500mls on it and not a single problem , so I am one happy owner :-)

Running them front and rear due to the muddy conditions in the hills just now , brilliant tyres ,was a conti baron fan but they are unavailable in 650b although the magic Mary in my opinion is a better tyre anyway.

From south side over it’s pretty much a bog fest from bottom to the top , un rideable all way up which from my recollection is about 1200ft the descent down other side is rocky and in my opinion very techy , just with the panniers and tyres I probably wouldn’t advise it m8 !

Your car should fail its mot if the load ratings on the tyre are below the ones specified for it. Only really a concern normally on people carriers, 4x4s etc

Not for a class 4 mot test which is private cars , people carriers and light vans , load rating only applies to class 5 and 7
