a madison fluorescent yellow thing cost about 60 kept me bone dry in loads of downpours over the last 18 months but the velcro fasteners on the cuffs catch on everything

Biggest issue I have had with my off road then gym sessions are
1 Glares from other gym users if there is the odd mud splash on your clothes etc
2 I am not as fit as I thought I was :-)

After some of the posts on here suggesting a fair days work for a fair days pay smoker or non smoker seems like a trotskyist plot to destabilise Britain or we could just let the banking sector carry on as normal. Maybe all bankers should be encouraged to take fag breaks for as much of the day as possible in order to save the economy. :-)

Spent the last few days on Skye midges were moderate to irritating but way below the level required to induce hysteria

slithering around muddy trails brings a smile to my face (usually relief that i am still on the bike) cold crisp snowy days hard frozen trails are good I ve got a new light for the night rides so bring it on ……by mid February I ll be dying for dry trails ,not having to wear thermals and daylight

Trailwatch seems like a good idea. I know some 4×4 owners who meet regularly in groups of 2 or maybe 3 vehicles so 25 seems excessive .

Surely there is something wrong when all the excitement of a race is within a lap or two of the start. You then spend the next hour and a half or so praying for the weather to turn so that somebody gets a chance of overtaking. That is the basic trouble with f1 not enough chances to pass the car in front on the track. Passing by pit lane strategy is all well and good but it isnt spectacular

recently its been less exciting but for the past few years there has generally been more incident and excitement in a single moto gp than in whole seasons of f1

This was a better race and spa is my favourite circuit but until they bring back overtaking somehow f1 will remain dull dull dull. Moto gp is loads better

Because we like beer and cake we talk endlessly(to avoid riding) about our fuel ex but rarely get on one. we ride downhill on our focus fat boy and hope one day to have an orange or maybe 5. Maybe its all a bit inbread
