    A couple of years back:

    Mike “Let’s go riding!”
    Sam: “It’s raining – we can’t.”
    Mike “Is it raining fire?”
    Sam “…”
    Sam “I’ll get my bike.”

Inspect the surface of the disc very carefully looking for signs of oil or similar.

With the deaths of the 3 chasers happening the same times I posted this, I was a little depressed.

    Today, I found this:

Another way to look at the same storms, and very beautiful

I shall keep a lookout. I ALWAYS look hard at every nice bike I see, and if I see that I shall help out.

    Fingers crossed for you.

DO keep checking ebay/gumtree/bikewebsites – these things have turned up much later.

I’m sure we all want to help.

Try tinypic.com as I wrote above. You will need to have the file saved on your computer to upload to tinypic, so perhaps download it from dropbox if you are logged in and can do that. We can’t access that file.

    Sweet as, bru.

EDIT: I don’t know about you but I wanted to kill myself when Absolute was on the radio at the office. They might not repeat songs but my gods do they repeat adverts!

UK Secondary education might need an overhaul, but I doubt it needs a final exam and no coursework.

    I like it lots.

Ridden on a Blue Pig Mk1 with Pike U-Turns.

I also managed to do it twice in 2 days, AFTER crashing on Snowden and getting the end of the handlebars in my leg so damn hard it took a month for the swelling to go down [and 2 weeks to be able to crouch without falling over in pain].

I’m not saying I’m hard, I’m saying the climbs aren’t so bad and it’s fun

    :)

I think you need to make the image public on Dropbox.

Better still upload it to tinypic.com.

Upload it, the copy the “IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards” in it’s entirety, and paste it straight into a new reply.

Protip – If you hit the preview button it should show up before you post.

My hope Pro 2 Bolt-on came with very soft stainless bolts. TBH it was probably just over-torque tho. Do you have a torque wrench?

    Could also be Rapeseed?

I can’t find a pic of a whole plant – but I am surrounded by it at the moment and I think it’s lower leaves look more like your pic. It also grows very fast and tall.

Tried holding Shift while hitting minimise or using Exposé?

    OR

    Control + Option + Command + 8

[You’ll need that twice I bet – I know it’s changed in the last couple of releases of OS X so it may not work on your machine]

Command + X should be Cut
Command + V should be Paste

Command key also known as the Apple key, to the left [and perhaps right] of the Spacebar

Actually, how many people have PC laptops that are more than 4 or 5 years old?

I have a 2004 Toshiba, but even that’s gone through 2 hard discs and a processor [Celeron P4 was actually unusably slow at 2.6GHz?!!]

    I don’t know any others that haven’t died after 2-4 years. I know of 2 G4 Ti-books still running from 01-04.

OTOH both my G3 iBooks died from logic board failure – but I’d say that’s the exception.

I’m with the 620 idea, though I have a 520. It’s too slippery, and I miss the oleophobic coating off the screen.

May I also humbly ask you to consider the materials used to make the phone, and where they come from. LG, maker of the current Nexus phones has a bad track record of tracing their supplies to ensure there is no conflict-fuelling material in them.

I never understand this. Why would you not turn it off when you’re not using it?

Some Linnuxians have this e-peen thing “I’ve not restarted since 2008”

Seems really weird to me – turn it off, save some power.

Come into office – press ‘on’ button pick nose make tea – pretend to work. Simples.

Oh I don’t know it’s it the law or something.

Bring back the mad custom machines, I say.

“The Macintosh IIfx was a model of Apple Macintosh computer, introduced in 1990 and discontinued in 1992. At introduction it cost from US $9,000 to US $12,000, depending on configuration, and it was the fastest Mac available at the time. It had many code-names, including Stealth, Blackbird, F-16, F-19, Four Square, IIxi, Zone 5 and Weed-Whacker”

I don’t know about Tassimo, but Senseo is bloody revolting.

Anyone else tried Sainsbury’s Fairtrade Basic ground Coffee?

I stick it in a Bialetti Moka Pot and make 1/2 a pint of espresso in the morning. Mmmmmmm

I’m glad these things have got more efficient – my machine at home cranks out 600W of heat, but then that’s with 50% overclock on the CPU and 30% on the GPU! Running Folding/SETI it warms the rooms quite nicely…

    Easy to test!

Take a 650b wheel and tighten the spokes two complete turns each to squeeze the wheel a bit. Then, ride.

The fluid is DOT, it’s hygroscopic and should be replaced at some point.

It is however, very nasty stuff, so I’d watch out for getting it on your skin, or painted objects.

I used to quite like my J3’s, lots of power.

    Good luck.
