You need a special spanner expensive bb and if you have a problem with them you need a handful of tools and the manual, a bit of a faf really.

if you get one id think carefully about Getting a Cup packed car and not a Cup, Cup’s are pretty spatan with no toys and the same performance just a small weigh reduction.
Ive had and driven loads of hot hatches but very few cars come close to a Renaultspot off the shel if your after that road track feel, the firm ride quick steering and really make it feel faster than it is which is part of its charm to me.
Mine is white with anthracite pack Recaro’s but sadly only 26k :cry: because my girlfriend HATES the ride, HATES the Recaro’s and it car gives her a bad neck.

Ive a Clio 200 full fat with the factory cup pack and while it’s the most fun ever the ride is very stiff and you have to work the gearbox quite a lot.
I wouldn’t want to commute in it because of A the ride and B it egg’s me on to drive like a d1ck,

Brilliant bike, nothing I would swap it for, nothing I dislike, rides like a charm.

@duir, I’ve not done anything special to get the bike to 31, and that’s with a chain guide Flow Ex Hope V4’s & a dropper, I’m running trail Spesh Butcher Perg combo which look pretty ragged after 5 days in Les arcs.
It was weighed by a well respected bike shop as well as my on off scales and subtract method.

The down shift hasn’t as yet been a problem thanks god, however the side shift into the spokes had caused some issues.

I’ve had this, sent it to Tf and they deny the shock back with all manor of warranted bits including a new shaft.

Squoglybob, what sram chain are you using I may swap the Ultegra 6800 for one (mine is on the right way, I think lol)
I’ve the same problem as the op, rides fine in all gear, pedal back and it chucks the chain down three cogs, if you drop it down one from 42 it’s fine.
Off to the Apls on Friday and could do without the hassle but hopefully I wine need the 42 much.
