I haven’t read the thread properly, but I rode I 16 P7, which I loved, I cracked it, it was warranted and I decided to get a new bike, I looked at the geo and ordered an 18 Crush, it looked ace but was soooooo harsh, I ordered a P7 frame swapped the bits and I’m back in love.
No was I’d buy an alloy HT for serious use again.

Part of my thinking was i have a mint CCDBIL cool in the correct size, I enjoyed my five with a coil and always felt quick on it.
Probably Rose tinted glasses.

Holiday bike is a thing, it’s by no means a new thing, I won’t have much opportunity to test one, I’ve had Hecklers 5’s and Patriots so I’m no stranger to single pivots.

I’ll be fitting Invisiframe, I just didn’t know if matte wore down or anything.

The chewed one is Harder compound, the smooth one would last if a swapped, I’ll just get a new set and take em as spares.

Thats a nice example tbf, mate had a Nova Sport back in the day, he crashed it and sold it for £300, the manifold would be worth 3x that now.
