Sweet as ****! Had a coil and was worried that the air wouldn’t be as good, I have no doubts at all now, it feels very well balanced with the air/coil marzo’s, it’s also nice not to have to prat around with springs anymore.

The Chav dog of choice thing seems pretty regional and trends change, as a dog catcher that has a massive area i see quite often that in a certain area there will be lots of similar dogs of similar ages dumped/lost at similar times.
Chav dog of choice at the moment round our way seems to be Husky’s, these things make Staff’s look like a sensible pet as the can jump the average council house fence in one, hopefully American bulldogs never become in vogue, the Mastiff trend was a pita.

Where are you staying? Our hosts where super helpful pointed us in the right direction for the type of trail we asked for, with basic/no map skills you can find your way round the area easily.

Using a Gamut P20 bash and Gamut bolts, bash free with KCNC M980 bolts(£15) I would have liked XTR bolts but at £50 a set they are a bit pricey.

No, just a recommendation. I looked at making one but wanted to be able to use it with 15 and 20mm forks, I drilled some holes in my Berlingo floor and just bolted it in, I’m going to get another some time.

I have an origin8 bike block, similar thing but has screw in adaptors for 15&20mm forks and Qr’s.

My mini DH bike (2012 Patriot) picked it up as i wanted something that i could ride DH but also stand a chance of peddling round the Alps, done some uplift days and even a little trail riding when i was between bikes, the only similar bike i tried was the Canyon torque for a couple of hours while in Tignes, it felt very heavy and nowhere near as nimble, i could not be happier with my choice.
