No you are not entitled to a refund. You would only be entitled to a refund if you rejected them within what would be a “reasonable time to inspect them”. That is how I am interpreting the flow chart up there ^.

That link was from 2005. Daily Fail did a bloody good job of making it look like 2013 though.

Coating of PVA glue would do the trick. Just peel it off when it gets dirty.

Poor trolling from a thick Brit? Or just not well travelled?

If it’s a troll it’s hardly a poor troll as they got you hook line and sinker.

What worked for me was just going out and firing a lot of miles in on the bike. No cake stops, just flat our beasting on the bike and lots of it.

Or my most recent change – find a gym that is absolutely hoaching and make it your second home. :D

Lets for hypothetical purposes say that there was an SNP candidate contesting every seat in every area of the UK, would you vote for them if you thought they might get into power? To take it a bit further, would your voting decision be changed if they dropped the scottish bit?

Pretty sure murder has been punishable by death in India for a long, long time. I think OP has got the wrong end of the stick here.

    Possibly, and I hope so.

As I said, I dont doubt that they deserve to be killed for their crimes. A mark of civilised society is to give everyone a fair trial and fair punishment. This is neither, and is not civilised.

Article 11.2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

I retrained as a physiotherapist after a spending a few years working as a driving instructor. I was lucky and parachuted into working in elite sports. I love my job, and seem to be good at it. Would I do it if I wasnt paid for it – probably a yes.

NHS chief Sir Bruce Keogh says he is taking very seriously figures revealed by Channel 4 News which show that health service patients are 45 per cent more likely to die in hospital than in the US.

Is that because they’re not dying at home without any treatment ever having been offered?

But they don’t turn a fatal injury into a nothing.

    Can you prove that?

I find it warm because it’s windproof and although it’s not waterproof officially, I find that it keeps me dryer that any of my goretex jackets due to its ability to wick sweat away. I love mine.
