Seen physio today about my shoulder said I shouldn’t ride my bike yet if there is a chance I might fall off. As if I could possibly fall off !!

I should have been out untill the wife said she is now working Monday night. I did complain that this working on Monday evenings is effecting my social life. With which she replied ok I will pack in work. So it’s a no show from me for another couple of weeks

She who must be obeyed is not working so I can play out this week.

Great ride last night had a good laugh. Felt sorry for the bar man having to mop up after us as we left the pub.

I think that was the best MNPR i’ve done. Great to be able to have a pint and get home before midnight.2400ft of climbing last night as well as doing 47mph somewhere.
