Love mine, not had to use the warranty – same spec Trek retails over £2,000 – this was £1,600 retail, bargain if you ask me. 🙂

The only thing I have changed is the saddle, as I couldn’t get comfy on the standard one…..!!!

I’m on Level 23, with the Veyron being my most used car…..!!!! Just trying to build some money now in the seasonal events.

Creg, that was sort of the idea. Just need to sort out a car and a track to do it on. Top Gear test track has to be the favourite for me, probably the Zonda R as it is available in arcade mode un-molested as a level playing field.

It was muddy, but not excessively. well arranged as usual, good day out. My first time at the 50k and quite happy that I finished sub 3hrs.

Will be going, make the decision on the Sunday morning as to whether it will be CX or Hardtail. CX was perfect last year, small chance of a frost first thing, but I think it’s going to get a little claggy!!

I bought 250 of them from China, sold them on E-bay with a 400% mark up, did my inner calm the world of good with a 10 day holiday to Cyprus on the profit. Thanks very much Powerbalance!!

Love the Tamiya models, had them as kid, then just had to have them again when I became a big kid!!!

    First I built the buggy,

Then I built him a support vehicle.

Ok, so it has been to a Vauxhall dealership and they are useless too!!

You will have grounds to reject the vehicle under the sale of goods act, however the garage have to be given reasonable time to fix the problem. How long is reasonable time?, generally a month. Keep a record of how long the vehicle has been off the road and out of your possession, making sure you are noting what they are doing each time the van is in the garage.
If it is not fixed next time round, make sure it goes to a Vauxhall dealership to be fixed. Sounds to me like there is an issue with the Turbo and the van is putting itself into limp mode.

Does an engine light come on when it happens?

Only played in the career mode, started with Virgin Cosworth. Not tried anything else as yet, but think you can play as existing F1 drivers in GP mode.

Having sold them from new and my Mrs drives a 58 plate one as we speak, they offer bloody good value for money now. 2.2 is the way to go, make sure it has a full history, as they do like a drop of oil in their early days. As people have said stay away from the Petrol i-Shi*t version.
Best of the bunch is the ES spec as it has the most spec without having the Sat-Nag, don’t worry about the 17″ wheels, the ride is a little harsh, if it has 17″ on it make sure they are the grey Penta wheels as the others have a polished face and are prone to corrosion. If you are going for the Sport, the standard 17″ wheels are fine and dont really corrode unless they have been kerbed.

Any other specific questions, fire away!!!

Enjoyed my one and only lap, couldn’t get the air into my lungs as well as I should, my misses has obviously passed me her cold. Only slight downside, was the large amount of riders that missed one of the climbs on the first lap, not really sure how much they missed in distance, but it was certainly a big climb. Nevermind it is all non competitive, however you are all numbered, timed and started off at the same time. ❓

Less than 80 pre entered so far.
I hope a few more turn up and enter on the day.
I've never understood why the SPAM Biking events aren't more popular. I'd rate them as a better course than Bristol or Cheddar Bike Fests or HoNC, which get far more entries.

Couldn't agree more, always well organised, should be far more popular.

I'm 6'4" and ride the 20", the seat is at full extension, but I wouldn't want it any longer in the frame and stem. Love the bike though, very quick, very agile.
