well, sometime, when i walk in the street, people smile at me and are all happy. Then I realise that there was a football game on TV and their team wins. That's good. everybody happy…but the opposite exist as well. If their team lost, they become angry people, very dangerous behind their cars, to the point of beating people. When i see such minor event taking such a huge scale, it makes me worry. Maybe it's a minority, but it looks like all Ireland was affected by that game. So i care about the subject, for that reason.

Last night ride in Summer:

The best I've seen so far: me waiting at red traffic light, while two other blokes on a bike pass me through, one on the pavement and the other one on the same road as me.But the best bit is when the cyclist on the pavement decide to rejoin the road because no traffic (traffic light is red, remember) and hit full front the cyclist on the road who just went through the red light. He make me laugh rather than worrying about the 2 blokes on the floor.

Spacemonkey: (from my panasonic breadmaker)
1/2 tsp yeast
225g strong white flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
100 ml water

I use the basic dough mode, last 2h20. I can do 4 naans with that dough, baked under very hot grill for 2-3 min.
