The comments of someone named Stavromuller on a UFO thread ought to be taken with a pinch of salt.

I had the local metal collecting scumbags try to make off with a set of filing cabinets from the yard at work, I caught them and went so bat-shit mental they carried them back inside for me.

The we decided that we didn’t need them after all. Left them outside the gate and they stayed there for 3 weeks til we got a letter from the council.

The blue lights from the grill of a police riot van, 2 traffic lights, one which we dumped in a mates front garden and the other remains hidden behind a shed 15 years later. Several horns from breakers yard vehicles, wired in parallel they would make a fearsome noise and cause the lights of a metro to dim worryingly.

I recently noticed some complimentary airline peanuts in my mums fridge from a flight we took when I was 17. I’ve left them there to see how long they stay.

    I’m 40 next week.

I didn’t ride the Haldon race as I’m not fat enough, but wasn’t it really expensive? That and a lack of pies really put me off.

“Whilst at mugdock, did the BIL discover the flooded quarry famously used in Trainspotting?”

    That was Shallow Grave.

Anything with Danny Dyer in it is the same

I took part in a ouija board game when I was about 15, an older girl’s idea I seem to remember. We diligently laid bits of paper out and then repeatedly spelled ‘Ben is gay’. Ben got irritated and insisted on polishing the table, just in case that was the problem. Later that night there were boobs, 9/10 Go ouija board

Apparently I’m too fat for skinny jeans and had to invest in slim ones instead, damn my manly 9st physique. Couldn’t get my calves into the buggers. I’m also too old but i still skanked a student discount at 40.

Exeter? Mayor here keeps getting busted for parking like a gizzard, it’s in the local paper every week

“Mayor abandons car in disabled space to buy Fish and Chips”
“Mayor of Exeter in parking shocker”
“Uppity Mayor hoofs parking warden in slats”

    Or similar

I found some three day out of date chillies at sainsburies the other day, I would have told someone but suddenly couldn’t be arsed. Wouldn’t have happened in Aldi you know.

The use of pretty Grid Girls isn’t sexist, but it is vulgar and outdated.

Bringing in youngsters associated with the sport is more beneficial, imagine a tiny Lewis Hamilton presenting Senna with a garland.

Here’s a couple of mine, 1972 Eko Ranger 6 and a Yamaha FG-300A, the Ranger is a heavy beast, built unlike anything modern that I’ve played. I bought each one 2nd hand with only one owner prior to me and in really good condition, both different and yet equally lovely to play.

If only 3% of middle class households own a Brompton then surely it’s a fairly rare thing, unless my undesrstanding of numbers an’ that is rubbish. As Bromptons are for commuting and the upper classes don’t need to work then it seems like 97% of Bropmtons are owned by blue collar workers.
