I have a Ti Tourer, marketed as a “light” Tourer?! I think as the front fork has no rack mounts. Have cross / Gravel (shudders) tyres on it and it is fab. Commuting, road riding, canal paths, old railway lines, fire roads etc. Do not use a rear rack (use ruck sack) but it has the option to do so. It is not the Genesis Ti model but very similar ilk.
Most long term mtb weekend warriors could ride the course at a pottle pace …. but simply not at that pace for that length of time under racing pressure without making mistakes. It is a simple fact…. Otherwise you would not be posting on here you would have just finished racing or preparing for tomorrow depending what sex you are
In theory the HA supply social housing for the demands for the area they operate in. In doing so can then stipulate the % available and time further staircasing is available. Shame they see fit to up the minimum % now/for your clients.
So 28mm 100psi smooth tread rather than knobbles. 28 miles done half on a roughish canal path all flat rest on country lane B roads home quite hilly. They flew on the road very quick up and down confidence inspiring on the down hills with good grip and the 100 psi helped on the speed front. On the canal path….100 psi did not help quite harsh but had no pump to lower the psi on canal path and then re-pump up for road home.
Just fitted 28mm panaracer gravel kings tonight non knobbly. First ride tomorrow nothing big 22 miles canal path to try them out. Will keep you posted.

You are one twisty – no one else did. I am a huge Ti fan but my current Ti hardtail is world’s away from my old Ti of 10 years ago let alone 20 – wheel size, boost, tapered, double butted, discs, geometry, internal routing brakes and dropper etc etc
Pretty much anyone. I saw Jamelia live at a festival once. Girlfriend insisted at the time. Not my musical taste….but that lady can sing and belt out a tune. She was very impressive. Since then I never refused to see anyone live as you never know.
All lenders will offer a new lower rate if you ask and solicitors have not requested funds for completion. However you have to ask they will not call you!!!! If funds have been released ready for completion then could still be changed BUT will delay completion as those funds have to sent back by solicitors to the lender. New offers issued and then funds requested again.
My Brother works as a consultant for a Construction Company in Leeds. Have just won this week 2 large contracts in Spain for managing the build of two new large mixed housing and retail developments
