Thought that there could well be a problem coaching at Gasnach as its a private site that for insurance purposes you need to join the club, similarly the DH site at Llangollen

The problem with a lot of mass market full suss frames is that the platform is usually designed around a 18inch size so for us tall people they always feel odd when they size up.

I'm guessing that you'll be coaching at Wessie park and Ponciau as well as the forest sites you mentioned? How do you stand on liablility with the councils given that you're using their land for profit?

Being from North Wales I would recommend staying anywhere west of Abergele/Towyn, for reasons that might incur an stw ban if I mention why.

How about the Pwllheli or Aberystwyth areas? Loads of good beaches and trails, mountains and plenty of visitors attractions.

Sometimes it takes someone to point out the obvious for another party to go 'ah I see it now' and it takes time to win people over. A lot of company owners are afraid of letting the reigns slip a little, win him over gradually by showing him he's surrounded by the best in the business.

2 ways to get top crackling either scald it then rub in salt, or score the fat the rub in a mixture of 50:50 flour and salt.

I can't remember! Its got a bar mounted resistance adjuster, not even sure if its magnetic or fluid, sorry. Its really quiet though. Currently lives in the back of our boiler cupboard.

I'm in Chester so am guessing the postage would be a fair bit.

But as a proof of concept, why not? At leat it works unlike the Boardman concept.

How many people objected to pedal cycles because they went too fast?

One of my mates was a sub crewman fresh out of training in 82, his first deployment was to be the South Atlantic when it finished. He is quite ashamed these days that he got hugely drunk and feted as a hero when he never saw any action. Like he says it would be far worse to be out in AFG or Iraq as a ground pounder these when you have no idea who your OpFor is.

How about a hydro system similar to that developed by Ohlins? Did anyone see the eletric front hub on the Gadget Show made by Cytonex?

Someone came into the shop with one during the summer looked like a GCSE project, I get that it works on an mx bike with plenty of power. But an mtb?

Cheers Brant, looks like a really good race bike. Some very interesting dh frames coming in to challenge the established names, even the new Saracen looks like a contender as well as the current Eastern Europe crop of frames.

Would love to have a turn on the 4x frame as my current fave is the Yeti4x.

Price points like the K-9 stuff seem to be pushing the niche bracket a little.

Looks very nice, one question though why that platform and not a floating platform?

Are we going to see a shorter travel slope style bike?

Used to live outside Malmsbury and went in there a few times nice shop, would love to own a place like that. Kind of like a UK version of Mellow Johnny's.
