Have lots of cheeky around me, and its been utterly mashed by mtb's on it in poor conditions like this week. Seems some find it as a challenge to ride it the boggier and wetter it is.
Used to find at motorsport events that hands on stuff like pit stop challenges worked really well to pull people in, timed stuff running the course of the show with a prize at the end. Handy for building a database of customers too when they leave their contact details.
Doing some Google searches turns up a few things about him. At least he seems he can actually ride….ever seen some people that turn up for the instructors training courses???
Some of the best about are Tony's UK Bike Skills outfit and of course OnePlanet (not biased at all) 😉
It might be about impact not access Scienceofficer, but isn't the point that once more we have a thread about cheeky trails and how good it is vs evil 4×4 drivers doing (in their minds) exactly the same thing?
Mel Carter, Hold Me Kiss Me. Its on the We Were Soldiers soundtrack, the bit when they have the pre-deployment party and Hal Moore get the news that they've been given the same name as Custer's regiment
Try Ifor Williams or Brian James they might be able to do a custom one, though as is often the case I suspect it will cost. How about trying DeeFab near Chester do a lot of bespoke conversion work too.
I got one, love it. Upgraded with a set of Society forks and some Hayes Stroker Trails. Its totally bombproof, waaay better than their fs offerings. Cost less than 400quid to build!
No running, in fact no anything this weekend – hyper extended my knee while out running on Tues! Entered a Triathlon next year so was trying to get some training done, guess my legs are built for biking not running.
Had a customer in with a carbon Yeti, he was adamant that it weighted 19lbs. We put it on the scales of truth in the workshop, came in at just over 23lbs, thought he was going to cry he was so upset 👿
