most importantly post op is reducing inflammation and swelling. This aids movement and consequently reduces muscle atrophy and strength loss.
Ice is the best way to do this.
Look for Aircast cryo shoulder cuff and Aircast cooler and tube assembly.

Far better to come back with something that might actually get the court laughing at him.

That sounds like a pointless aim.
I cant judge the judges response as I’m not qualified in judging or witty banter. She no doubt is qualified in one at least and possibly both.

The OP said, I just bought this: and I followed the link. I’m not vetting the Web site, only relaying what it says.

My understanding of front and rear is, “Front and rear.”
This is what the web site advertised…

These are sold as front and rear pairs.

    All alloy construction
    85cm and 150 cables
    Pads: Semi-metallic
    Typical Weight 337g,
If this isn’t what you got, you didn’t get what you payed for.
They’re crap anyway, I’d send them back and get some XT.

There are NO ifs, buts, or maybes.

Is it a useless paperweight or can it be opened?

    Yes and No.

Personally, I think your fears are very well founded. The fact they showed their faces means absolutely nothing.

If you had honey bees building a hive in your garage, you’d know about it.
They sound like masonry bees to me. The wasps are more than likely after the grubs or the pollen that the bees fill the grub cells with. leave em alone. The nest is never going to be huge and or will disappear when the wasps deplete the food source. It’s probably a no win scenario for the bees either way..

These might work better than the screw in type which will almost certainly break up thick plaster.

    gears_suck

You need to be drilling though the plaster and into the wall itself. Whatever it’s made of. Brick, block, whatever. You will not get a good fixing by only drilling into the plaster.

I’m looking forward to it. Life was much simpler when a Guinea was a pound or twenty shillings then sometimes as much as thirty. A Crown was five shillings and we could divide the penny into 4 farthings.
    Damn, I miss those days.

Debating wheel size is exactly like debating Brexit. There’s no definitive answer, whatever the outcome, about 50% of the debaters will be unhappy. And like Brexit, it’s a mute point point at this stage.

If it was biting, you would probably not have been able to rub it off. looks to me like it had been feeding on something, if not you, before you found it!
    No bite mark. No worry!
Also, they do not “Bury themselves in.” The attach with remarkably strong mouth parts. These are the bits that sometimes break and remain when they are pulled off and can cause infection if not cleaned properly. If you find a bite mark, inspect it closely with a magnifier and seek medical help if it looks at all out of sorts.

Jamaican Patties, Quesadillas, Devonshire pasty (tip a Cornish pasty on it’s side…same thing)

I don’t know where you’re getting your quesadillas, but they shouldn’t be remotely like any of the other items you list. They aren’t made with pastry and contain no potato?

Nope. The difference between siri et al is that they require an activation word before it starts listening and switches itself off after. Besides, they have a use.
This is always on and used purely for no other reason than collecting information about you to target you with ads.

    Think about that..

Found this on the Gunnar web site.

    Draining your Bike

Some advice I should perhaps have followed as my Ruffian chain stays rotted through completely in the 10th year and needed replacing. It gave me the opportunity to convert to sliding drop outs though. Something Gunnar strongly advise against.
It’s been fine since and if I get another 10 years, I’ll be happy.

How easy it is to garner support in a beef without providing a scrap of evidence in support of the argument.
There’s a constant dribble of internet hero’s through here. All full of great ideas for someone else’s retribution.
I’m not going to tell you what I would have done, because I don’t know, but all you hard men need to remember one thing. You don’t have to be scared to get your ass kicked.

The lack of any usable information needed to diagnose such a problem indicates that should someone stumble upon the correct answer, it would be beyond your comprehension anyway.

In my experience, confronting people who drop litter is completely pointless and in some cases creates the “defy you” attitude which results in grudge dropping.
The best thing to do is talk about it and use their indiscretions to feel great about how wonderful we are.

My slightly older brother passed his 11+ and got into Grammar School, I did not and went to the local Comp. He is super smart and I’m and idiot. It could be the schools or it could be an errant gene. I’m not clever enough to know which.

Royal mail knows who its customers are and unfortunately it is the ones who pay so the sender not the receiver.
That’s silly, its both. Without one there wouldn’t be the other would there?

Single pipe, double pipe system…. the pump will care less. With either pipe set up the flow is not dependant upon the rad being in place to circulate the water.
Radiators are connected to a two pipe system by teeing into the flow and return for each pipe. (not by interrupting them. For a single pipe system the rad is teed into the single pipe and again does not interrupt the pipe work. So, by removing a rad you simply cause the water to bypass that location.
    No problem.
Simply turn off the valves to the rad, drain it and remove. If there is a TRV on it, you will need a “Decorators” cap for that valve just to be sure it doesn’t open should the valve fail. These come with all valves when new. If you don’t have one, a 3/4″ or 1/2″ female cap will seal off the valve opening depending what valve it is just to be safe.

Toolstation are shits of the highest order, frequently switch out stuff listed as x brand in the catelogue with their own or unbranded crap. And even worse if their tools have no brand on them in the catalogue they will likely be silverline.

    Ive stopped using them

Eurocarparts have gone the same wAy when it comes to car parts.

Screwfix remain to be good as is bnq – esp their tradepoint counter.

This is bang on. I had a 6 week tragedy of failure regarding Tool Station and the utter trash they peddle. Never again.
