I have a horrendously bad back and used to get lower back pain on long rides (mainly on my roadie though). I've found getting my core muscles up to scratch has improved this to no end. Few exercises a couple of nights a week and you'll be laughing (competetive rowing helps too 😉 )
I really like my Hydrapak, bladder is great and they're a fair bit cheaper than Camelbaks.
Not sure if they've got one that opens out but I've never felt uncomfortably hot with it on my back.
Yeah I thought as much.
At the moment I constantly slip off climbing 'cos I'm so used to my cleats on the roadie. Main reason I'm changing is just slipping when wet which resulted in a really sore shin on my last ride!
The Freerunners look pretty cool too (unlike most Five Tens) and my Salomons are now dying after 2 years.
Oh yeah, you're right, they're '08 ones!
Anyone know of the difference between '07 and '08 ones then? The Fox website says the damping is "improved" but doesn't mention of a new damping system or anything!
What exactly is included in the Seal Kit?
Is this enough to completely rebuild the forks and replace ALL seals? Figure I might as well give them a good do over while I'm in there!
Think you might have hit the nail on the head there Rob!
I've turned the bike upside down and the travel is slowly increasing. Guessing the seal has blown and now the oil is slowly leaking into the upper. Does this sound about right?
Thanks.
