It was -6 in sunny Ayrshire yestrday and pretty much stayed that way all day. This morning was a lot warmer though, must have been -2 or thereabouts :D. Lovely ride in though and looking forward to an early finish today and a ride home in daylight.

I had it on my right elbow for around 6 months, then it kinda crept round my shoulders and down the other side. Left elbow is quite tender at the momnet though, hasn’t stopped me riding though and didn’t really notice any increased pain when riding. I wouldn’t recommend injection to sort it out.

Tesco does look quite promising price wise and I don’t see why you would have a problem giving them money when you would give it to currys, comet, etc. Price wise I’m after a decent hob and oven but the rest are all integrated so as long as they work okay I’m not bothered what they look like.

I use sidi dominator’s, stiff enough to get the power down and fine for walking in too. They last forever too.

Well unlikely I’ll be riding today. Went to bed about 1am then our son woke up at 4:30am wanting to open his presents. He’s 11 and its years since he’s woken up early on xmas day. Sent him back to bed but he couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t get back to sleep. After 4 hours sleep the night before and a 40 mile round trip commute I’m way too knackered to ride today. So guess I’ll just have to strat on the drink now then ;)

Just been on the dales site and the discount code is working now, oh no I’ve gone and spent money again. Also got 10% code for rapha so that means I have to spend more again. I hate the internet.

eating – nothing at the moment and feel like I’m about to explode after a constant stream of ‘nibbles’ at work for the past 3 days. And preparing my stomach for tomorrows onslaught.

drinking – just finished a glass of champagne and now trying to decide what to have – jack Daniels and ginger ale, a small ardbeg, a port or a beer.

Listening – to Santa whirling his way round the world mixed with a bit of flobots.

What’s different about tomorrow?
