Fantastic things, cooked a leg of lamb yesterday using the indirect
method after four hours the lamb was too die for!

I run black chilli folding rubber queens on flows and never had an issue!

there is meant to be float fluid in the air chamber to lubricate as said above,20mls is four teaspoons and there shouldn’t be that much!

Evans refused a warranty claim on my brothers Zesty bb saying it was wear and tear and so not covered!Have a look at the Enduro one seems better sealed.

My brother has a 2010 zesty which has gone through three bb’s so far, as above it seems to hold a lot of water which must be getting into the bb from the seat tube, he stores his upside down now and the third is lasting much better!He has bought one of the Enduro one’s but not needed to fit it yet so cant comment other than it looks and feels good!
On the warranty thing his frame did crack around the bb shell but a new front triangle was supplied within a month by Hotlines.

Ride up a fair bit and never had any bother although have seen some numties
coming down at warp speed! totally oblivious to any one else and probably the
cause off any hassle.

Am40’s are for flats think you must mean mp66’s which will work
but just not be as grippy.

I’ve had mine since april 08 and love it, for me its the best bike i’ve ever owned! done everything on it from downhill days to 24’s totally versatile bike!Had a ragley ti for a month and good as it was it is nowhere near the all rounder that the ti456 is.
I think the number of broken frames is really small(so someone at on one told me!)and have run mine with 160/180mm rear disks without issue.
Great frame end off.

Newer style one has cut outs in the jockey wheels and and a slimmer cage, that looks like a 08/09 rather than 10. Could just be an old picture though.

I dont like wearing one as i always get a sore back when i do, but for longer rides they do serve a purpose so i put up with it!

Joes wide xc rim strips fit 5.1d’s perfectly.

Like Kit i went from a Hustler(had 3)to an St4 and really liked the St4,
unfortunately i broke the St4 and after speaking to Orange got a new Five
as a replacement,this took a bit of thinking as i tested a Five 4 years ago and wasn’t that impressed however the new one is fantastic!doesn’t climb as well as the St4 did but better than the Hustler and for descending/blasting about its better than both.

They had a trade tent at Relentless last year,nice light but way too dear!Sure they were from Musselburgh’ish.

bought one in jan and its great,im 6’3″ and went with a 21″ top tube
and 9″x29″ bars feels plenty roomy.
