You can use sockets and a vice and not too difficult,the
rocker bearings are quite hard to get hold off well good
quality ones!

Not much use now but merlin were doing 10% discount over the weekend,

Somebody has a full unused set of mt770 rings on the classifieds for £60 at the mo.

Halfords do a plug in electric one for £50ish, comes with hose etc.

Replaced my Magura venti disks with a pair of these recently and so far very happy,less than half the weight and no pulsing or any other probs!

the top tube on the 20" has put me off!you list stand over as 32.9 so
me at 6'3" with a 33" inside leg seems a bit high.

They do look big in the 20" size,i would prob need the same (6'3") and the flat top has stopped me buying one so far!nice bike though.

I went back to vanilla's last year and they do still feel much better than floats and talas, my brother now has 2010 floats and still not as good feeling as the 09 vanillas, 15qr also def worth the extra cost especially if you are heavier!

Daffy after breaking my ankle/tibia i used my minoura trainer, started with very light resistance and gradually built up, speak to your physio though i was lucky enough to get onto a sports injury clinic which was great!at home get some thera-band and put one end around your ankle and the other round the leg of a chair then just sit and lift your leg and feel the burn!!!(keep the band fairly short so you are not lifting the leg very high).

I have a hustler which i bought late 06, in the last six months i have ridden a meta 5,lappiere zesty,trek remedy and ex9 had each for over a week
and wouldn't swap for any of them! had two hustlers 05 the 06 and prior to that used to swap frame every 6-12 months but hustler seems to be a keeper!
