I went from Atlas to Xt, Xt is a fair bit lighter and just as stiff!
Reason for me was £89 for three new rings for the Atlas or £110 for
a new Xt, seemed a bit of a no brainer!
Yeah edge inwards! driveside.
Looking at it i thought that perhaps bb cup hadn't been
pushed in straight or just not enough material around the shell?
Odd place to crack otherwise!
I did the black then 80% of the red at GT on Sunday, weather pretty wet
yet my chain was still nice and quiet at the end of the ride. Seems good so far.
Needn't have worried 22 miles last night and nearly as clean at the end of the ride! drivetrain def quieter than than rock n roll extreme which i have used for a while, so all good :-)
I soaked it in degreaser, gave it a scrub then another soaking in hot soapy water rinse and left to dry in the sun!
And well done at the uk24 terrahawk.
We got my son a Hotrock for his second birthday, stabilizers of
and riding at 2 years and 10 months. He has just turned five and
rides the blue at Glentress fairly regularly.Pushy Me :?:
I dont understand the expensive thing? perhaps if you compare
them to enormous companies like giant etc. but to build up a
bike from any of the equivalent european, american, canadian
companies is going to cost even more with a like for like spec!
I use high rollers and have just fitted an ardent on the back,
definitely less drag and seems plenty grippy so far.Size wise
i have 2.35 high rollers and 2.25 ardents the ardent is not any
wider but a bit taller, seems like a really good tyre.
Just got an St4 and i am loving it! had a Hustler before which i
always thought was the bees knees but the St4 is def faster and
seems just as capable on my local stuff.I test rode a five about
three years ago but went with the hustler at the time as i wasn't
overly excited about the five back then!
Andy its a fully upgraded pro with a few changes!
Mojo back  just a bit more aware of cliffs in the dark
2010 latest rear end, and if orange are stopping making them shame as
it is a fantastic bike!
