Also the dropper cable routing on the mk10 is hidden under the toptube so all you see is the loop.

    Mk 10 has a 200 x 57 shock!
Ive a mk11 my brother a mk10 other than the vario headset(never changed it) and dropper port(a hole) they are the same frame! Took the Ctd(awful) of mine and replaced it with a Pushed Rp23(fantastic) he replaced the stock Rp23 with a Monarch Debonair which he thinks is great.
    Both are amazing riding bikes.

Two Thomson’s since last Sept both good as the day they were fitted. Had a Reverb previously which was fine but didn’t like the movement! Brother and friends reverend both sink down about 10mm now even with correct pressure and a lever bleed.

Unfortunately the law protects the thieves to some extent, the police can see a stolen bike advertised on say gumtree but if they contact seller to “view” the bike it seemingly would be viewed as entrapment and then inadmissible!
The van thing seems to be the way at the moment, about a year ago a mate had three bikes stolen in the Dalkeith area one of which was recovered in a pile of not so desirable ones less than a 1/4 of a mile from Dalkeith police station, he was told by officers the following morning he was the 16th to report cycle thefts that day! 6 in his street alone!! Advice given was good locks, alarm and removing car bike racks as they see them and have a go! The Edinburgh SART team are unfortunately fighting a war which at the minute they can’t win!

Re the number of bikes stolen its frightening, we were given last year’s figure and have been told its increasing constantly! There is a dedicated team at St Leonard’s police station (SART) but speaking to them regularly they are massively under resourced for level of thefts they have to deal with!

If anybody contacts the shop will see what we can do for you, other than that post pics to our fb page sign on to the stolen bike register edinburgh fb page then do the same there! We had managed to return a fair few bikes in the Edinburgh area but unfortunately it seems higher end bikes are being stolen to order and most of these disappear! Gav Soul Cycles.

As above bearings have gone! Sent them back bearings have been replaced and they have play again which is supposedly acceptable due to the bushings! Also the outer seal wont sit up against the pedal (Ti Axle) :(

Does look like damage caused by low pressure in the tyres!

Adjusting them would be easy if I could find a socket that fitted! Got one that fits the Nano’ s but not these.

Good grip size and weight, mine have developed play very quickly though! Also the axle seal on my ti ones doesn’t sit next to the pedal body mates cromo axle one’s are fairing better(they have been returned adjusted and after two rides have play again).
