Was the bolt that holds the spring/arm in very tight? In the video it looks very easy to undo, but mine has a lot of resistance.

Anyone got the iSIS version, bought a pair without thinking and really not keen on trying a different bottom bracket sytle.

If you are wearing a go pro on your commute, this will happen.

Why are people paying near £200 for a cassette ? it is crazy.

See sense is not waterproof, standby time is awful and will drive you nuts turning it on. All my knogs have snapped, but the warrenty is great, the blinder comes with a spare

    Moon comet is brilliant.

Anything is better than sitting in a car/bus/train during rush hour.

Killed 6 lights in 2 years, joystick still standing. It is much better put together then everything I have tried.

I have both for my commute. The knog is not powerful by itself for unlit roads and needs constant recharging, the strap is also rubbish, but they do have a really good 2 year warranty. The joystick is brilliant.

Dare I suggest tubeless ? My ikons have been great, although they are the EXO version.

Gave up on waterproof gloves, better of with gloves that keep you warm when wet.

Gave up on them, twice bought in stock items only to be told days later would be weeks to wait. Still kept the items as in stock on the website.

I have a couple of spots on my commute where there is very slow queuing traffic at a series of traffic lights.

-First day waited with cars – took 30mins to do 2 miles
    – Second day went on the outside, this seemed to infuriate drivers on the other side of the road
    – Third day, made my way along the inside, there is no left turns, so can’t see a problem in doing this?

Why is going on the inside “suicidal”, most bike paths run on the inside…

This is a great book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00APJOY3A?btkr=1

Sounds like hippy nonsense, but it worked for us with a child with very similar behaviours.

I suggest you never rent out another house, you clearly fail to understand the concept.

Kick the prole out, I doubt she has made plans more than a few weeks in advanced and would welcome the expense of moving again.

Lol.. it worked for you so it will definitely work for everyone else, cos all kids are the same!

Expect it will work in this case. If you sleep on your kids floor or let them in the bed don’t be surprised if you are not sleeping well.

If you want to sleep, put her back in her bed EVERY time. Do this for 3 days and you problem will be solved, carry on letting her boss you about and it will be years of lack of sleep.

    is this done without braking?

I bought a kokua jumper second hand when my son was 2 . Really well made and the handlebar limiter is useful, although he has broken it 3 times. I put a front brake on it when he turned 3, he can now ride with his feet up on the rear stays so have got him a pedal bike for Christmas. You don’t need a brake and avoid the wooden one’s as they are too heavy. I paid £80 for it and we go out most weekends so a very cheap activity for kids!

move your inside knee away from the frame, have your outside foot down with a heavy foot and lean the bike not your body.

honestly, what were people expecting when paying £20 for 5 million lumens. Support local companies like exposure and as a bonus your house won’t burn down.

    g5604

Look at the exposure joystick – more than enough lumens

I commute 24 miles a day on a roadrat, but I run it singlespeed to reduce maintenance. It is a great bike for people who can’t admit to being roadies

hmmm.. might stick to merino then, it does dry pretty fast and keeps me warm. Really don’t want anything that looks like gym shirt.

I sprint to work, no way could I wear the same t-shirt at my desk.

Berghaus Tech T-shirt looks good shame it looks “technical”.

sounds silly, but we are trying to live without a tumble dryer and I use two t-shirts a day commuting so I want a t-shirt that is quick to dry after a wash.
