Bigger parts need to be bold colours, smaller parts subdued IMHO – stealthy frames/forks with twiddly bits of colour on the smaller parts just look fussy

Dunno about the availability of the UST version, but I’ve been using the regular BC version for a couple of years. Very good, very tough sidewalls, one of the best front tyres for mixed conditions IMHO.

As per deviant – I rooted and replaced the ROM on my Defy and I was pleased to see all my apps, contacts, wifi settings, favourites etc had been synched to Google and dumped back down on the new phone. (once i’d logged back into Google, natch)
I think the only thing that didn’t come over were text messages IIRC
