Amazing forks! Have had two sets (2010 & 2011 models), both amazing. p!ss all over Fox RC2 and Lyrik RC2DH dampers IMO.

Haven’t removed the foam ring, just popped the dust seals up and soaked them in oil and added some fork grease. Stops them getting notchy when the ring dries out ;-)

11-36 will defintely be OK with a short cage mech – i have 39t front and 11-36 on the back of my bike with a Zee short cage mech

I had my Asgard shed done over a few weeks ago – I don’t think it took them long, but I think they must have used power tools.

If going for a shed or similar, I’d recommend using an alarm and ground anchor/motorbike chain as well.
