LOL – no van assisted and B&B’s so luxury really – if we did it over more days then we might have done it unassisted :) And all for charity as well – well mostly ;)

Yes I was going to but space is now limited Tim – one of our drivers let us down badly and he was going to get us a transit but now we just have a std people carrier :)

No matter – I think i’ll stick to my guns and stop worrying about stupid things and MTFU and enjoy it ;)

Sorry last minute doubts – Sorry I was not willy waving about me having fancy bikes (BTW they are all built up from 1/2 price components and sale/cost price frames BTW no bathing in money)

But yes a dry arse and a softer riding bike is probably best :)

    Sorry just getting twitchy

BTW don’t ask to Heli tape in A certain bike shop in Totnes, Devon. You get a stern reply that no we haven’t got and don’t call it heli tape!

    Update: Fixed

Somehow on fitting I managed to push the NDS bearing out of the shell a little as it was deforming out outer plastic seal – Knocked it back in with the soft end of the screw driver and hey presto all sorted :)

No worries then – quite a specific Question – I’ll have another play tonight :) I’m sure there is a simple explanation :)

Not sure what you mean by prouder (if you are taking about the width) – do you mean it has more spacers on one side than the other – if so this is normal?

Loco is on the money – Tubeless you can run @ lower pressures but here is as I see it (talking generally).

Std rims with kit + Std tyres = harder to inflate and may burp at lower pressures and side walls may not be strong enough to prevent tears.

Tubeless ready rims and tyres = easier to inflate, sl thicker side walls and valve and tape needed but unlikely to burp or rip.

Tubeless rims + tubeless tyres – much easier to get up, burp rarely, bit heavier d.t. the thicker side walls but don’t need sealing.

All benefit from milk inside the tyre :)

We’ll I didn’t bother Sunday – did a ride Sat Nr Exeter instead which I enjoyed, no wind with a bit of light rain – I was going for the 100 miler and this was cancelled – wanted to be able to ride another day rather than blown into a car!

    Hiya Harrison

I got the Large – my inside leg is 32″ (trousers not to base of foot) and I am 6ft (I have along back) – The Large is spot on for me – Gary is about 5’8″ and the medium was best for him if that helps at all – lovely riding frame :) Enjoy :)

I see you can do courses so you could use it as a basic mapping tool if you uploaded a course and followed it?

No it can’t WW – I doubt she’ll require an HRM ATM but I expect that I’ll have replaced my 800 to the “900” by then ;)

Wasn’t suggesting you were fat slowjo – just suggesting that if you were a heavy rider then prob why? :)

Are you heavy – I hover around 72-75kg and never snapped a chain once (on or off road) – just wonder if you 80-90kg then you produce more torque on climbing and thus more prone to snapping chains?

Oh god TG, not a good day to do that up there ?

Did it a few months ago – someone turned the light switch off – I linked it to having a gut virus – was fine then within 5 minutes I dropped off the pack – chucked loads of gels and bars in then was back to about 75% – Just get you stores back up to normal – give it a rest for a day or two and you’ll prob be fine.

Just look at why – seems you didn’t eat enough so take a bit more next time?
