general wiper service and the things you can easily get to are straight forward i.e. seal change – I used the Enduro seals and they have a good guide on their website.

I think as you say order over £100 will just get a £10 discount – error or not just put in more than 1 order?

doesn’t say that though – oh well 🙂

Nope just tried it again and its fine – you have to apply it in the shopping cart after you have added the item(s) to the basket?

I would say that it sounds like you are trying to shift from granny ring (inner) to middle but it does not engage and drops back to the granny ring?

I would say that your indexing is out – have you tried rotating the left shifter adjustment (clockwise) to take up some slack?

Excellent service – although only use them on and off esp for spares – As above if you dont get a reply in 24/48 hours then I would give the retailer a ring myself?

Eh – I have had mine for about 6 years now and still going strong – The only think is the grip/handle glue does give way so had to re0glue them on but apart form that they are fab 🙂

As above just warranty them – PT have a fab warranty replacement !

Looking at the Medium but would be happy to demo a Large Gary? Looking at a Horiz TT of around 600mm give or take 10mm 🙂

Only one which has come close is the Yeti AS-R Carbon Gary – is def on my short list but the only thing which I am concerned with it the “titchyness” of the Felt on descending which some reports have said. However I take most of these with a pinch of salt esp when the setup and tyres are sub-optimal!

right sorted the headset problem with the new “potential” frame so it looks like its gonna happen as long as they DO import that frame into the UK 😳

yes – David – its an IS 1.5 – the cane creek headset finder gave me the result (see above) which is the same as the Titus carbon frames which the others have had a problem with. It is not an ISi.

Basically the frame comes with an IS integrated tapered headset. The top I can keep but the bottom I need to alter to use a 1-1/8 steerer. So above will slot into the bottom IS 1.5 but reduce to 1-1/8 internal diam for the steerer as it comes with a reducer crown race.

    Found it:

    http://www.singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/titus-ftm-carbon-anyone-got-one-from-on-one-yet

    Its a 1.5″ bearing with a reducer ring/crown race 🙂

    Ordered from http://www.bike-mailorder.de/ for £28

I can’t find one – however I did use the Cane creek Heaset finder:

    Your Headset

Based on the information you have provided, your headset falls within the tapered standard and requires:

    Top Headset:

    SHIS:IS41 – 1-1/8″ Cane Creek Integrated Threadless

    Bottom Headset:

    SHIS:IS52/30 – 1.5″ Integrated (IS) to 1-1/8″ Conversion

Its just I am trying to use a 1-1/8 fork in a frame designed to take a tapered steerer but is integrated 🙁

Yeh excatly DH – Hmmm – damn

Its a road system – “fully integrated” – so its just bearings only system – no cups – I would thing you woud either need a 1-1/8 insert or as you sa a suitable 1.5 to 1-1/8 crown race step down?

    @dhrider – I don’t think you can press fit a semi-integrated cup into a integrated head tube?

The frame is this and I have not bought it yet just planning ahead?

    No that’s a semi-integrated system isn’t it?
