dont forget good heavy wheels also.

when the going gets ultra sketchy I prefer hefty wheels with superior rotational stability or feather weights any day.

the bonty mud X clears superbly and the 2.0 works fine on the rear of full sus

That sounds like a right faff and seeing as you havent got the mondeo yet, have you considered one of these?

my 08 is only £9K with 22K miles on it!

and with the 3rd row removed bikes slide in with the seat posts up!

and road bikes fit in side ways!

50 miles later I can report that the steel tank is quite a pleaseant surprise.

The suspension actually works and the frame isnt cracked yet.

The gearing ratio is a bit naf and in big ring little cog it spins out at 15MPH!

The rear end is a bit flexy but no more so that my Heckler

The wheels/tires are so heavy that when cornering I can feel the huge rotational forces trying to straigten the bike up.

Considering what I paid for a Kona Explosive in 1988 this is superb!

The forks feel like my old Indy sl’s

Not sure I will be using it on any SPAM events coming up though!

to go to cannock chase and ride the man made course is to completely miss out on what the chase has to offer.

I have been mtbing the chase since 1988 and think the best fun can be had doing a big loop R Ranges/North to Shugburgh > across to milford, back up sherbrook valley> check out the view from the glacial boulder and round back to the ranges.

    yes you can

I carried a 45lb Demo on mine, you just need the thule bike mount that clamps the front forks, the rack comes with adapters for 20mm bolt through, and goes rock solid.

the bikes to work scheme works on 10% rule, ie after 12 months the bike is worth 10% of its retail value, but by this time you have already paid 30-40% of the RPP so I would say 50% RRP after a few months, down to 35% after a year.

i dont think its worth selling bikes to buy the next one, I guess thats why I dont know how many bikes I have got!

you should get 600-750 for it

I did 2000 miles on this one commutting mostly off road over 18 months

the only problems I had were nothing to do cannondale:

External bb only lasted 400 miles
    chain broke after 700miles
brake pads only lasted 900 miles
front hub, large bearing went all scratchy and itchy at 1800 miles

also I had to swap the leftys spring from red to black with the first few weeks as red was way too soft for my 12 stone!

Also th rear wheel is so far back that a normal crud guard is too short so I had to extend it, also fitting a front guard was a bit of a fiddle

I think its a brilliant original idea, taking it as inspiration perhaps we could arrange a mass overdose whilst cycling, and see if anyone crashes!

If the company had ground to sack her or to suspend her then it would have done so.

It wants her to resign and tried to make it look attractive as thats the easiest and cheapest option for them

if the company gets it wrong then she would have to go to an employment tribunal, but ET awards are not very generous, eg they will only award on the basis of current salary. UNLESS she can get sexual discrimination as SD ET awards are unlimited.

Probably the best option is for a compromise agreement for say £5000.00 plus holiday pay and 3 months pay in lieu of notice. plus get them to agree to pay a local employment solicitor.

Please rip up that ticket to Aokigahara forest. Jobs do not define us, after all who ever asks "so what do you do" to measure as person up. No we are more than that, just need to remind the other 70 million in this class less blair project.
