    Leave Dalbeattie red route just before Smithland hill taking path into woods above Kippford then scenic coastal path ride Kippfrod to PortLing via Rockcliffe then road past Newbarns farm to re join Dalbeattie red route just after Terrible twins.

    49 year old man with a history of lifting heavy things ,furniture ,my daughter fell and I shot my arm out to catch her ,tearing sound, pain . had the op now just waiting to get out of plaster 4 weeks to go and counting

    I havent but lots of people do ,There is a path all the way to the top. Check out the Galloway Hillbillies on facebook I know they have routes for up and down also a mental traverse

    I use organic rolled oats just microwaved in full fat milk ,sometimes with banana ,also in the summer same oats uncooked with natural yogurt and red fruits

    my beer miles are very low ,

    I am about to walk to my local brewery in ,Castle Douglas ,in Scotland which offers a range of beer made in house and
    only one Larger beer which is not not piss poor

    Fish soup

    Soften ; onion ,celery , leek , tattie in butter for a while ,

    Add milk and cook till tattie soft ,place fillet of smoked haddock on top

    ,grate of lemon zest

    Cook slowly for 5 mins ,stir fish into soup and season
