    200 grams less than start weight still a loss, two weeks holiday wasn’t kind, though a clean week has helped loose some, 6 weeks to go will see what I can achieve 🙂

    Day late but a week of eating out despite exercise has netted a 1.2kg gain 😂

    Up a bit this week, suspect same next as got some meals which regardless of choices made have an impact, on the positive my weight is pretty stable.

    Small loss again which is good, bit off target at the mid point, weigh a little less than the start though. Better than the other way around.

    900 grams off, good start considering some of the food I’ve had, though plenty of exercise. On to the next 7 days…..

    Ordered non-bike stuff last week all good, have ordered a few bike things and been to the physical shop too, I think they generally only show in stock on their website what they actually have in stock themselves to ship out, hopefully that is still the case.

    Always had quick delivery on bike and running stuff, never been messed around.

    Change of plan this weekend going to try and finish my month cycle target tomorrow and get a decent rest in before starting again in April, not planning to ride Sunday now. Have a good virtual ride Sunday.

    @DrP what sort of pace? I’ve accepted I’ll join for as long as I can keep up 🥵, hopefully the bug is fixed too for visibility.

    @Garry_Lager thanks, it’s great to have some off road on FulGaz, the challenge is that downhill much faster on the indoor bike than I can ride outdoor and the speed is a bit out of kilter.

    That initial climb feels the same in and outdoors! I would like to do a couple more but with lockdown’s not been possible. Hope to do a couple more this year and see if they add them as it’s nice to have a couple off road routes if only to see the lovely trails and forest, especially right now as we can’t go there.

    @giggsmaster I do but not sure how much help I can be, I’ve don’t have the issues you mention. I sometimes don’t get HR data but normally that’s one of my other devices hogging the heart rate strap output.🙂 which with no data does tend to end up being the devices connecting to something else!

    It is worth a support ticket as they are pretty responsive, bear in mind support is Australia so time difference.

    I am in the midst of an event on another app 208 miles in 13days and 21287ft of climbing so far…. going to do 3 stages of that tomorrow (or at least my plan might do 2!) that does mean next Sunday I should be around for a Sunday hills 👍. As the last two stages at on the 18th and 25th and I am ahead.

    @Garry_Lager – I run it on AppleTV will run on other Apple Devices too, the PC variant needs Win10 and 8GB ram minimum. I’ve not used the PC version so not sure what it’s like but always download rides before doing them saves a lot of pain, I run mine from a NAS.

    I run both Zwift and FulGaz I’ve done over 2 years on FulGaz now and 10 months of Zwift, I couldn’t just do Zwift, I do the odd solo ride there but mainly the group stuff, but I do solo ride a lot on FulGaz albeit at the moment there is an event with a zoom session open and post ride chat on the group page. You can setup group rides but would need discord for the chat element there is no companion app for example.

    This morning I rode the Long Mynd and also a short road ride in the Lakes, tomorrow Across Dartmoor and then too Holme Moss.

    @kirky72 I’ve not used the RGT platform the event looks good though just had a look.

    I am doing this starting tomorrow V-Lejog I’ve filmed a couple rides for the platform and the real ride vs virtual rides is close, on the road ride I did there is no more than a couple minutes between real and virtual. I’ve also ridden the Long Mynd route virtual and real and again was really close time and feel wise on the climbs for example.

    We’re very lucky to have such a choice of indoor cycle platforms, this last year it’s been very welcome!

    @DrP rest day today hit all my targets for the Month yesterday.

    Suspect I won’t be Zwifting much till April unless I get the FulGaz challenge rides done early. 🙂. Believe they have sorted the invisibility bug so next time I group ride should be visible 😂

    good to know on the companion update I’ve not done that yet, but have updated the app on ATV worked fine, so will hold off doing companion.

    Good ride this morning in an odd way, got to see the chat but no one could see if I replied and drafting didn’t seem to be working and regardless of pace couldn’t catch back up.

    That said I had a great ride, burnt a chunk of calories and got the miles I needed for the week.

    I am hoping to have done my months miles Saturday to get a rest day in before I start 22 rides in 27days inspired by Lejog (I say this as it’s not the complete distance but rides near the route) https://lejog2021.fulgaz.com/ So don’t take this the wrong way I hope not to ride next Sunday and have a rest day 😂

    Looking forward to it, hopefully I can keep up with the pace if not I’ll cruise around at the back, wasn’t feeling that fast when I rode earlier today, will see what tomorrow brings. 🙂

    @dangeourbrain yes the “standard” ride chat is bland that’s a good word for it, I think the chat is what helps the rides go quicker.

    @Drp I wondered if that might happen when we were on chat earlier, I think our Sunday Hills banter is different to the generic public Zwift banter 😂 which is no bad thing.

    I could see you and Paino and then Nick join as I left, pace was strong impressively so for what layed head. The playlist was excellent enjoyed that too.

    I am aiming for the 3rd of 4th ascent I think, leg’s at the moment tell me one lap, hard day today, also will play the DrP playlist, should recognise some as added a couple. Might get some new ones for my own playlist. Good Luck @DrP.

    My Fenix 6 HR is pretty good and the Pulse OX is a couple % under the finger tip device we also have, as mentioned I should be able to pick up a change in PulseOX as it’s quite consistent albeit lower than the other measure so would see a big drop.

    May be worth a mail into Garmin Support.

    Struggling to find the Discord link for Sunday’s ride, I’ve local bike club ride Saturday and I need to do a challenge ride I do on the other app, which means I’ll have tired legs for Sunday so that will help and I would like to try and do two laps will see how it goes.

    Saturday I am going to do Oban Loop on the other app between a coat of paint on the walls.

    Sunday will be tentative based on how I feel after decorating might take a rare Sunday rest day, as tomorrow ride will complete all my month goals.

    Then next Sunday we have @DrP vEveresting support ride

    I’d be tentative for TDZ 6 I’ve not done any of the rides as yet of TDZ, not a fan of laps, but it’s a short course might be interesting, be like a HIIT session with the step climb 4 times!
