"ah but when it fails its catstrophic"

lol, fair enough. i think after chatting to sheldon ill cull the 650b idea, so really a question of how folk get on with 69ers

    fontmoss

yeah i think im going to jack up the rebas to 100mm but tbh i like using the rigid fork but because thats shorter then youre back to steep head angle. so either going to put some h bars back on it or poss part exchange for a rig and try and sort out a trek 69er as a second mtb (not that i have time to ride 1 never mind 2 mtbs)

    loving the black paintjob btw!

flexy at the back and stiffer bb shell are things i prefer over the rigs i had but front just seems like a couple degrees off being awesome

i dont remember meeting my far better half and whipping out the checklist, i remember thinking 'christ she's fit' then later, 'she's pretty funny and smart too'

5 years later she's just paid my tuition fees on top of owing her a few grand 😀

    **** result!

interesting robkhoo i did the opp and went to shorter bars and longer (than stock) stem to slow it down, though still need to adjust my forks to 100mm id also like some long rigid forks to provide the same effect-not many come in at longer than 460mm though 🙁

im also considering h bars again or if i decide i dont need my spine maybe a ss trek 69er

So…young attractive and not great at singing are the criteria for hatred here? Are you aware of the "popular music scene" of say the last 50 years?

well hidesign and pickett are both nice brands but i need/want something more down the lines of courier bag style rather than briefcase, i still have to carry books because im not going to work as such im at uni but we have to adhere to the trusts dress code on days we have clinical skills tutorials so briefcase is bit overkill and timbuk2 bit studenty on those days. its not urgent just the bags above had looked like they might do the job but being rapha i wondered if there was something glaring id overlooked given their relative cheapness compared to all things rapha. on a second look the first bag seems like it might be v basic or small.

EDIT: tails you might be right, can imagine ordering that and finding out it was miniscule

maybe you should stop the sports side of things? clearly you are already too fit and competitive, i would suggest something different maybe take up some recreational drugs and/or comparing strip clubs?

i could, entirely to help you of course, help with the latter 😀

as a former bike shop worker id like to think anyone who puts themselves through working in a bike shop would not stoop to such low levels, particularly as they would understand how gutting it is to lose a bike
