biathlon must be a very strong contender, the fitness levels prob comparable to road racing etc plus you then have to hold a rifle steady and hit a target! crazee

No, I've been around since long before the forum got nuked, why?

just the thought that people should think about things logically and then applying this idea to stw.

People need to open their eyes and realise the full story.

    new to stw are we?

assuming you get job etc in place (and i would tbh) then it can still be pretty tough emotionally and mentally if dont have friends or family there already. my advice would be get as much in place first and even then be prepared for a stretch of 'have i done the right thing?' but push through

with a company like that they're not going to hang you out to dry if you bought it secondhand- before putting it up for sale, give Sam a call, see what he might offer in the event of a new buyer having trouble, and put that in the ad.

really? seems like he and others like him would give themselves an awfully large headache by doing so

42:16 CX not far to commute but use same ratio for going longer rides offroad etc, thinking of experimenting with 39:16 but reckon might be a bit spinny on the road

    nice bike afmell!

sorry 1961 I didnt realise you'd asked, as couby says its a ss superfly. Not that many in the UK it was just bike shop staff and sponsored riders that got the option of buying one as far as i know. I'd left the bike shop by then but my 2 bosses from there each got one and i got this from here but it did belong to tom at trek before that. 2010 ss superfly frames are on sale in the states not sure about here. 09 rigs were used as warranty replacements but not sold here sadly (i dont think?)

is how answer the questions they were Expecting???!

ive been doing this for years through school and my first undergrad, never did me any harm and its only on my new course where there arent past papers made available and they actively prevent question spotting where things have changed

but most give up before they get there

i think the head plays a big part in setting top athletes aside even simple stuff like all your mates getting lashed, meeting girls/boys etc whilst you're at home getting your 9 hours and waking up early doors to go and hurt yourself.

im quite happy being a tea drinking jessie that runs/pedals a bike occasionally tbh

mate is an olympic swimmer, physiologically suited to her sport (and im certain talented too) but perhaps more importantly competitive as hell and quite happy to flog herself* in training

i think people who combine all the elements mentioned are top end atheletes, the ones who do that AND have a big physiological advantage are the legends – Phelps et al

use soapy water and hold tyre near valve anyway, its close -perhaps the strap will solve the prob.

or i could walk to the garage
