Why not just get Hope Pro 2's for a third of the price?

My XO had an RP23 fitted and was great until I crack teh air can twice in a month. A coil will mean it can take a much bigger hit but it will probably pedal worse.

How did you manage to do that?

Sounds like you have your rebound damping setup to slow so its packing down on multiple hits. Try speeding it up by a few clicks.

I use EBC sintered all year round, but I live in the flattest possible place in the UK. They are powerful enough and last ages.

 I can't believe I talked you into putting your tyre in the microwave

Hope Hoops £240 from Winstanleys. Might as well buy a half decent set as you will only end up regretting buying cheap and cheerful when they break.

Ahh, might not be possible then.

I had this exact problem when I hired a Zesty form GT the other week. I have never had it on any other bike! I must be allergic to French things.

Knackered in what way? If its fixable you would be better off getting it PUSH tuned which includes a service. It will be lighter, as plush and more tunable.

Nasty! What's wrong with natural trails!

Try 2 minutes. They need to get hot enough to be pliable. You will know when they are the right temp, they will slip on easily.

My first proper bike was a Honda RVF 400 NC35. Excellent V4 engine, quick enough, handled superb and looked the nuts.

Quickly put that in after you have one side on.

No seriously. Do one at a time, nuke them for 1 minute, give them a stretch and put them on straight away. I bet you will be back on here in a minute thanking me for saving your time messing around with washing up liquid.

Hayes Stroker's are absolute crap. Got to be the worst brakes I have owned for a long time, and they were the top end carbon ones. Powerless, a pain in the ass to set up, and always needed re-adjusting every time I took the damn wheels out.

This one isn't mine but I owned one. I liked it back then, when 3.5 inches of travel was classed as a DH bike.

Stick em in the microwave, they go on really easy then.

Shimano AM50 are excellent if you can still get them, if not the newer AM51. They look like boots but they're not, they're high cut shoes. I've had mine ages and they are as good as new. Really comfy, keep your feet nice and cool and, loads of protection.

The government is worried that mens penis's are getting smaller. To find out how great the problem is they have asked all men with penis's smaller than 3 inches to put a white flag with a red cross on their car :D

I think the GT Fury wins hands down. Nicer than a Mojo, Nomad and every other "nice" carbon frame I can think of. Road bikes are not sexy!

Whatever you do, ride them before parting with your cash. I test rode a Zesty 314 at Glentress last week and didn't like it at all. My 2010 EX9 was better up and down, which surprised me somewhat.

Who agrees the OP is a cock?

    flow

I guarantee the OP is shocking on a bike, and the only way he can make himself feel better about it, is take the p*ss out of someone else.

I have booked the bike for Sunday, so if anyone see's a bloke on a Zesty 314 laying on the trail broken, you will know its me.

No point getting them from Wheelpro, they are machine built and hand finished anyway. Get them from Winstanleys for £220 and save yourself some money.

Or ride the ass out of it and get a warranty replacement if it breaks

 Put it this way, I remember the Rock Shox RS-1 coming out. No one said they were pointless, they were just expensive.
