so, hes built up a bike using as much red as possible, then charged like, a 3k building fee on top of parts. seems perfectly reasonable to me

id say this happend to me, but on my maxle lite sektors i could at least get it throught the first adapter, but not the second. i fixed my problem by grabbing some wet and dry sandpaper and filing down the inside of each adapter untill it slid through.

the good news is that its probably not terminal, so you wont have to fork out for a new computer. have you tried running the antivirus in safe mode? also, if you can/have got malware bytes[/url] run that, again in safe mode if you cant run it normaly.

or have you already tried all that?

use protein. all these people will say have a balanced diet, but for me that did bugger all for building muscle. whey isnt just for mahoosive bodybuilders, so you may aswell try it.
i use this stuff and have been well chuffed with it clicky. pretty cheap, and good quality.
also, id only take creatine if you want to be a sprinter or something were max output is required for a short time. i dont take it because i go jogging and cycling where they last a bit longer. nothing stopping you if you do want to take it though.

ive got this on the blue pig. theres an open part of the gusset at the top of it. ive just covered it with grease, time will tell if it works. no reason it shouldnt though.

boiled water to cup, add teabag and stir untill the colour doesnt look like its going much darker (when stirring its important not to aggitate the teabag, just stir and let it diffuse). take bag out without squashing it against the side. add milk and sugar to taste. prop’r job :-)

you are keeping them lubed right? dont mean to be patronising, but it seems odd breaking chains so often. ive yet to break one in 4 years of riding, but i’ve had a powerlink go as well. carrying a spare is easy enough though and it more than makes up for very occasional failure in how easy it makes taking the chain off.

definitely free postage. it annoys me when i think somethings a good price, then they tack on another 5 quid for delivery.

the delivery takes ages. but then its got to get all the way from china, and the prices are crazy cheap.

i find the best way to order from DX is to order something, and then forget about it. im currently waiting on a little camcorder thats just ticked over into its 4th week of delivery. itll come, just be patient.

well, i do know you cant take half decent photos unless you have an SLR… /sarcasm

id just get the compact. unless you want to make money doing photography it should be fine. plus you wont worry about it so much on the ride.

mine doesnt have a nut on the end. it screws into a thread in the fork.

ah yes, hadnt thought about using a piece of dowel, but should it be this stiff in the first place, cant see it being much use if i get a flat on the trail.
