Have a chat with a RAF PT instructor and ask him/her to help you get into shape, stop drinking and eat healthily, lots of exercise..simple really. Stop looking for excuses why you cant and just do it. Start with circuit training and ride your bike loads, enter a competition or do a charity event and give yourself something to aim for.

I've got a i900 remote, broken the remote lever twice it the seatpost always gets stuck after a few rides ir during a ride in the wet or winter..so IMO there a waste of money, unless you don;t mind stripping it down after each ride to keep it in tip top condition. A m8 got the latest version and he's having the same trouble. Put a home made protective collar around the post to protect it and go for the lever under the seat version, a tad more reliable. Otherwise get off and lower your seat.

The cafe at the Altura trail is good.. great choice of cakes, butties and hot meals..they have even thought of veggies for some reason!

I have found a paint shop that will do be a very nice finish in the Red very close to the Giant on the cover of issue 50 and I have seen work they have done before on a m8s bike. They will also put the decals on and lacquer it to. Costing more than expected put they have to apply a another coat before applying the colour so should be worth it.

MY i900 seizes up and the nut on the bottom of the inner shaft won't do up now and its very irrratic when it does work. Uk conditions not nwell suited to adjustable seatposts IMO, my mate has bought a i900 with what looks like a bit of a facelift but he is still experiencing similar problems, he has the lever under the seat version I have the remote and have broken the remote lever twice.

I have an Autistic Son and he loves going for his rides with RDA on Saturday mornings it fills him full of confidence he loves to trot and do various exercises and the girls/ladies who run it are brilliant, as he attends a special school they introduced him to RDA and we looked out for extra classes. He is not that keen on riding bikes however I do try and give him gentle nudges now and again into having a go, he gets spooked and his coordination is a bit awry so I don’t want to put him off by pushing him unnecessarily.

I have taken him up to Llandegla with the rest of my family for walks and he does not like it because of all the bikes, now his speech it coming on hopefully we can find out more about what it is about the bikes that makes him uncomfortable. However is common for people with ASD not to like crowded or busy places. Saying that he loves centre parks and is not bothered about bike there, so its a bit of a mystery in some respects.

Because the the Auditory tube (It runs from the middle ear to the nasopharynx) is horizontal in children any buildup of mucous or fluid in the middle cannot drain out as well (in Adults and as children grow the Auditory tube is more on a vertical plain)and can then cause pressure to build up and cause earache so they fit grommets to ease the pressure and allow the infection to drain if antibiotics don’t do the trick.

You never seem to mind the smell of your own farts, so perhaps you not aware that others find that your farts stink! I wouldnt worry unlesss you follow through!
