Seems the uk are incapable of running a good mobile phone network, Im with T-Mobile now EE and the service isn’t wonderful but neither are any of the others. Got a new Garmin and Sidi Shoes that have not had an outing and making me even more miserable. Going through some malt whiskey at a rate of knots for medicinal purposes and that’s also making me feel worse as I can’t ride the extra calories from it off.

I tried a number of different shoes on and decided on the the Sidi Wires Vernice with a whopping 40% off they felt the most comfortable and the quality of the wire ratchet system was miles better than other on offer at similar price point, the uppers are softer than they look on pictures so will be fitting the cleats later and going for a ride.

Nibali has suddenly found form after not having the best of seasons and coming under pressure from his team management. Seems to be finding these climbs a little to easy so you do get suspicious when riders seem streets ahead of their rivals. Today’s stage will be interesting to see if Nibali toys with the other GC guys again. I have my doubts hope I’m proved wrong though.

Frame age is not the point it’s a like for like replacement so OP should get equivalent at today’s prices with same spec running gear etc at today’s prices. If it had been my bike and given I’m insured I would have my insurance chase up bike shops insurance and let them thrash it out.

I took the plunge and quite like having shave legs :? For one it’s quicker and easier to dry yourself out of the shower and cuts are easier to clean, strange how my tan seems lighter below the knee though ???
