Its reckoned you only have to run a third of your bike ride for the same effect, but this is a very rough estimate depending on terrain etc.

I run too and my average run is approx 40 mins 10km, this is adequate to maintain a good level of fitness over the winter. But a 40 min bike ride is nothing :-)

    Why would you want to?

I love my wife but like to do my own thing and so does she. If you want her to so she doesn't moan at you, you're with the wrong girl :|

NYE is totally overated, surely you can go out any night.

And most people will not have the night they planned, too much pressure to have a good night. At least i won't have a hangover 8)

I got measured the 15th August, it took almost 4mths, i was told it took lots longer than usual if you have chroming done.

    I wasn't in a rush anyway, i waited 25yrs as it was….

It was well worth the wait, i keep having a sneaky peek

Rourkie doesn't make lugged frames anymore, thats what i wanted with chromed lugs too.

On a plus note i've just acquired exactly that in a retro Fondriest frame, in my size with chromed forks too :P

    It wasn't clamped

Don't know the frame weight, but it was mighty light, got the EC90SLX forks on and they weigh f*ck all.

And how come their feet are the same length as their height.

And do they speak any kind of scandanavian or just jibberish.

Dunno but money talks and people like Garmin, Sky, Radio Shack have lots of cash.
Plus the bike manufacturers get the publicity by letting teams use their bikes.

I bent mine to fit perfect, just heat the area up with a fag lighter, and bend…. and hold…..

And you don't need them brushy things, take em off.

I designed the paint scheme myself, thats the good thing about custom. Brian is a really nice bloke, and has so much experience, he takes ages measuring you, and the paint finish is top notch :P

Hey maybe you're right about the wheel thing, i'll post a built ish pic tomorrow and we'll see.

It was actually going to have mudguard eyes but i thought it will be so nice i'll have it as a bestest bike so i rang and changed the spec.

I may order another with them on…..
