theres so many nay sayers on this forum that sound like they don't have kids but are happy to give an opinion.
you do whatever you want and ignore the miserable bunch of sods on here.
what differance is it to putting your child into nursery to got to work for a day?

last year we dropped of our two at a nursery in brithdir, nr dolgellau, so we could go ride at coed-y so it's certainly an option.
    well worth looking into.

in all fairness hes asking what precautions you take, by that one would assume something like a bothy bag, bivvy bag, first aid kit, wooly pully? etc. he hasn't mentioned gps, spot, plb's etc. just a phone.
will some folk get off his back and give him a serious answer and not be a bunch of pedantic heroes that have luckily never been in trouble before,
for all you know he might be able to use a map and compass but is asking for advice on what else to take.
jeez, sometimes this forum really gets on my tits

Why have so many pillocks replied to this thread? It was a serious question by the OP but so many twonks think they would have the skills to live off the land for weeks till somebody bothered to report Rambo missing. Please answer the question with a bit of sense.

Each top gear series is 7 episodes, usually two series a year. Am I missing something else he makes?

    try wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Clarkson

i know not everything you read on wikipedia is true before you use that response but why would his tv/book/appearances be untrue

comparing the £2m clarkson recieves for a dozen shows a year

to be fair, clarkson does a lot more than a dozen shows a year.

when the winter olympic downhill event were on last week at whistler creekside clare balding and graham bell were stood in whistler village watching the big screen that had been erected, approx 4 miles away!!! why not put them in a studio in sheperds bush with a big screen and save the air fare and hotel cost that would have been astronomical for the 3-4 weeks they were out there.
    look after the pennies……

another mother at nursery told us about how good it was and as my daughter loves peppa pig she took to it quite well. my daughter sleeps in a huge double bed and we've been climbing in with her as were both too lazy/tired to go back to our own bed, but after two/three weeks of us going upstairs and telling her peppas stll asleep and so should she be she's got the hang of it. you can now set your watch by the call of "daddy peppa's awake"

we've got a peppa pig go glow clock. got it about three weeks ago and this week has been fantastic, 5 nights out of 6 we've had full nights sleep, that brings the total to 8 full nights in 3 years
