    wear plenty of clothes whilst in your bag and take a tarp to block the wind chill effect and you should be fine.

    im at the outlaws in rodborough at some point over the weekend(think friday and sunday) and i'll be riding from there, i know of a few routes that you could do. give me a bell if you want a hand getting lost. numbers on my website.

    make sure you put the locking end into the concrete so you have a loop sticking out ready for a chain to slide through.

    ask stan8norm for last years grid refs for the welsh ride thing, i think it was around 75 miles.

    16 grams cartridges are goo for 26" wheels but whats good for a 29er, my tyres are a bugger to seat in the rim so i generally have to over inflate first then let so out to the right pressure. would the 25g versions good for this?

    avoid stabilisers and get an islabike rothan. my boy turned two this week but has been riding his for atleast 6 month and will ride all day if i let him but my daughter got into stabilisers and is a lazy little sod now.

    has been there longer than last september, i missed last years enduro due to illness, the year before as i was riding in canada but it was in the enduro the year before so it's been there for at least 3 years that i know of.
