Love it, still gets ridden every week, despite having a few other bikes………

I disagree, I’m still riding a 1940 / 50’s Swallow. It looks a tad battered but comfy as you like…………..

I have them on 3 bikes. I love them, it’s like having another gear ( I ride ss). I really rate the specialised rubber ones

I have a surly 1 x1 and karate monkey that I intend to keep long term. The 1 x 1 has changed guises over the years and my favourite KM is currently fixed. Both may end up a afined if my knees finally pack up.
I quite like the idea of a Jones except it’s probably too big and I’d have to sell one of the Karate Monkeys and I like them too much.

We did the blue trail with added red bits a few weeks back, you could spend a day there. We did 2 laps and then went for high tea, but if you skipped tea you could do 3 or 4 laps going off on any red bits you found. There was 1 pretty bad swamp for 50 yards or so but the rest was surprisingly rideable…

Depends what you like riding FOD good, Ashton Court is pretty good if it’s been raining for weeks, but if you go there make sure you go over the road to Leigh woods, a small but beautifully formed trail………..

drat can’t see pics from work. Going straight over to Ashton Court for some mud action after work, then bath, then food, then pub, but will try having a quick shifty later….but I really don’t want a whole bike and I’m probably hankering after something even more exotic……..

I only feel safe if it’s on the garage floor between 2 motorbikes, but just sold 1, so not sure how that’ll work now and it’s dull, even with the radio on……….

With so much ss lovliness that has been produced in the past, I can wait. It took 2 years to buy the IF, so I’ll bide my time til the right thing comes along….I can’t really justify another bike, except I have a pile of nice things that really should be attached to something…

mine doesn’t hold the saddle any more but it was 2nd hand when I got it and I rode alot, it lasted 3 years. i can’t complain, weirdly I still have it. I really must throw it away……

I may put on the 18t tonight and try that. I’m not too keen on spinny, (old knees) but it was a struggle in the mud last night and that was avoiding the worst of it…….what I really need is a 33t Middleburn Uno, pity they don’t make one……..

The problem is the wireless thermostat. We’re going to try putting it in the lounge and turning the lounge radiator valve down, so the house warms up (hopefully)……
