Chorley is a massive upgrade over Accy IMO [lived in accy for 30 years and chorley for 25]

60k is just enough for a 1 bed new build house on buckshaw village or a terraced house in some areas

Depending on time of day , owd betts then through rochdale cuts of a fair chunk of the journey.

It only takes about 20 mins so should leave loads of time for the rest of the journey to leeds.

Had a few issues with mine

Taking the tyres off is a nightmare, snapped a few plastic tyre levers already and the rim tape is rubbish
Bit of play in the front hub ,took it back to be looked at as my cone spanners were too small, took a week to resolve as they couldn’t obtain the right size spanner and I ended up with a new wheel

Any new tyre recommendations that go on easily?

    No, Boris will be PM
There will be a renegotiation and reform
We will then vote again and stay in the EU

This has always been Boris’s plan

For analog cameras it’s the DVR that determines the resolution
For digital cameras (IP) it’s the camera that determines the resolution

I regularly commute between chorley and Blackburn on the canal
It’s a bit muddy around withnell at the moment

When the sun’s out there are a few local drunks in the ewood area of Blackburn , harmless ones through

A bridge was blocked off last week in the whitebirk area of Blackburn last week, didn’t see a diversion signposted either but there’s an obvious route to follow

Never had any trouble commuting other than the usual with oblivious dog walkers

I would think about a gigabit Poe switch , 24 port

    Netgear do some cheapish ones

If you start adding IP cameras or access points lots can be powered via Poe
    Poe is power over Ethernet

    Bit like triggers brush

Had loads of windows laptops for work and they have all bluescreened regularly.

HP laptops have been the worst

You can get this for 300k
    http://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/detailMatching.html?prop=30077121&sale=53323598&country=england

5 mins ride to healey nab , 10 mins drive to Walton summit , maybe 20 on a bike.

Buckshaw village is good as well and has a train station for access to Manchester.
