Highly recommended. I suffered with pain from a broken (pinned + plated) wrist for 2 years. Bought a powerball and used it daily, pain was gone within 3 months.

    ditto…

Was orignally given one when I spent a couple of months in hospital in traction, was great for annoying others on the ward… A nurse borrowed it and I didn't see it again for a couple of days, was handed back by another nurse i'd not met before…

Mines a 93, early one with a dist cap instead of coil pack etc. was standard I think until previous owner got his hands on it, had it for 6 months and started mods; big gay alloys, aftermarket lights etc…, back to standard now all except for a standard looking stainless exhaust system (standard was £200 more) and the suspension 40mm lower, was about 100mm on koni shocks and the wrong springs which moved on the shocks and required the replacement of about every rubber part in the suspension/steering, all nice now…

yep, wouldn't hold charge at all, previous owner had bought a halfords one that came with a 5 year warranty so it was replaced without issue, just had to pay a bit to get a heavy duty battery as previous was a standard, don't think a vr6 engine did it any good…

I know, getting it back on the road this weekend, just hid it in the garage for a few months with crappy weather and didn't get round to running it for a couple of weeks.. killed that battery…

Find the dakine/hydrapak bladder really good, only thing letting it down is the bite valve imo, its a slide in/out design and leaks if left out, found the slide gets really hard to pull out to the point where I think i'm going to pull teeth out with it, if only the camelbak bitevalve would fit….

Poland provided a bunch of pilots …….

    And ?

Poles provided some important help to the Allies throughout the war. Polish soldiers fought on land, on the seas and in the air. Notable was the service of the Polish Air Force, not only in the Allied victory in the Battle of Britain but also the subsequent war in the air; the defense of Tobruk; the capture of the German-held monastery hill of Monte Cassino; a role in the battle of the Falaise pocket; and an airborne brigade parachute drop during Operation Market Garden. Some Polish contributions were less visible, and most notably included the prewar and wartime decyphering of German Enigma machine codes by cryptologists Marian Rejewski and his colleagues. The Polish intelligence network also proved to be of much value to the Allied intelligence.

Totally agree with Drunken Monkey, also, if on the slim chance the driver gets a bout of guilt and goes into a police station to own up, they'll have someone to contact…

I take it you put some talc in the tyre before fitting the inner tube, helps the tube slip so in theory reduces chance of a pinch puncture or valve ripping off under braking…

Endura sizing… got a pair of humvee shorts that fit perfectly, size small, ordered replacement Zyme shorts in the same size and they are f'ing massive, at least two sizes bigger that i'd expect them to be, read they are for over bodyarmour, I only own one set of body armour, and they are still too big over that, think their size model must have been eating a lot lately… no one ive used before stocks xs either it seems…

Impressed with my Blackburn Mars 3, and the £3 Smart 3 led light I have also, both considerably brighter than a cateye light that I have.
