He’s right. There are so many RoW in Wales that are overgrown, have signs removed, blocked or just stop in the middle of a field. Annoyingly, there are lots of tracks which are not RoW/footpath, yet really good for riding! We could do with a massive rationalisation scheme to give up and gain access and make proper loops/distance trails which can be maintained long-term. The Wales Coastal path is a good example.

Pretty much in the same boat. Going back in two weeks, to do an MSc in Sustainable Energy. The two main concerns are being motivated to finish the course (it’s not like you’re being paid!) and subsequent job prospects. However, it’s something i’ve wanted to do for a long time, so confident of enjoying the course and learning even if all else fails!

UK Government spending is now about £1tn annually. £22bn is 2.2% of that. Any spending has to be balanced out and MMT does not fully account for this. What kind of an economy do we want? Currently, we have one where wealth is spread quite un-evenly (demographically and geographically). Highly mobile (for capital and labour) and based on trade (rather than production, for example).

To re-distribute wealth more evenly would (inherently) mean taking money away from one part of the economy and putting it elsewhere. There are pros and cons to each approach.

Don’t forget 30p for the toll at Penmaenpool!

I had the same problem. turned out to be a bad connection due to the cable not being clamped ie just held in by the soldered connections and kept coming off. re soldered and glued the cable in so its now fine.
