Cassette and chain are both new and the front chainring has had a slight bit of use, the chain seems to be the correct length with not to much sag in smallest and still an obvious bend in the chain when in the largest which is why i’m at a loss as to what is wrong with it…

PS3 everyday of the week!!!! Online play has only been a little suspect recently with Black Ops due to technical issues, these have now been corrected and it’s fine!! Get one!!!

Haha, there were no hospital visits this time chap!! Did have a couple of falls though!! Epic country though and the riding is pretty extreme especially after a full on storm with mud slides making all the trails off camber with a 200 meter drop on the one side!!

Yes going on an organised trip, it’s with cycleactive. they certainly aren’t the cheapest but it really does sound awesome and feels like time has stood still this afternoon!! I think i have read the trip itinerary 15 times now, just sounds fantastic!!

I will report back as to how good it was when i return, it’s certainly going to be good being quiet a long way from anything…. namely work!!

F1 everyday for me although i do watch Moto GP when its on if i'm around.

Was sat in the stands on the first corner at the Belgium F1 at the weekend at the atmosphere was amazing and seeing Hamilton win was awesome. The championship is definetly building well and there seems to be much more action this year with no clear favorite as yet….

Used it for the first time last night, it is so smooth now!! Keep preparing myself for bumps that are now no longer there!! Highly recommended!!

6' and have a large, find it pretty good for everything. Have used it in the Alps for a week of riding every day and felt fine everyday. I have long legs so even for a large i have the saddle fairly high. Its very manuverable. Love it!!

I've bitten the bullet and bought some firmer springs to see whether that solves it, it should do the trick.

I'll have a little look at that tomorrow night, might be worth getting the springs though as it is very soft, i'm not a heavy person either so i'm curious who the soft springs are aimed for.

I'll get some pictures up as soon as. Should have some after the weekend as i'm spending it all downhilling. Its an absolute beast though!!!!

I did make it up there, but was a little later than i first thought due to a little bit of traffic. Was very impressed though for an English trail centre, been thought out well and there are some nice little sections. Quite like the slab section, reminds me a little of the rock shoot at McMoab. Shame the rollercoaster section was closed, would have liked to try that. Maybe next time though.

I should be there for around that time, will be riding a Specialized Pitch Pro, keep an eye out as i'll be more than happy to ride with others. I'm hoping it will be bone dry and really quick….

+1 for above!! I run Sram Cassettes with the gold bits, and have gold jockey wheels in the mech (X0 mech), i have always wondered whether this was a little too far?? Looks good though!!

I run Sram X0 Cassette, Mech and shifters and i think they are brilliant, really smooth gear changes and there is a sutible clunk to let you know its in gear and to put the power down. Still get chain suck with it though, which i have had recently.

The Ridgeway isn't too bad at the moment, i'm just outside Wantage and its pretty smooth, but it can change to being like glue with a days rain.

If its dry i definetly think your stop over is possible. I've done Wantage to Goring and back again in just over 3 half hours when it was dry and managed to keep up quite a high average speed with a few downhills around wantage to keep it interesting.

Hope the weather holds as it is quite scenic around the white horse, and you do get some very good views from right at the top.

Ordered all of my Chris King stuff from there and has always been cheapest and has always arrived within a couple of days. Haven't had any problems with them. All praise.

Kirroughtree Black for me, Inners is also great fun plus the climbing is over and done with at the beginning!! Done the 7 stanes last 2 years and its always amazing. Can't wait to go up again this year!!
