I bought a set to help with tendonitis in both wrists and the extreme sweep of the bar certainly helps with that. I agree that they do feel strange when attacking singletrack or anything technical. I put 10mm extra stem than I usually run with flat bars and that’s helped a lot…Maybe just a case of persevering and getting used to the shape/sweep.

I thought I’d give a hip/waist/bum/fanny pack a go a couple of years ago for local 1-2 hr rides. As a type 1 diabetic I need to carry more “spare” bits than your average rider. Off the back of a thread on here (started by stoner iirc) at the time I gave it a go with a cheap mountain warehouse job with a view to upgrading if I prefered it to my camelbak…Needless to say the same pack is still going strong. Don’t see or feel the need to spend 4X the price for anything better. 8)

Raleigh missed a trick and should have capitalised on manufacturing “Clive quiff and siddie wigs” with every chopper sale!

My Felt eddict FS is matt black, as above it shows every little scratch, not noticed any high spots on mine but then I dont worry too much about scratches and scuffs on my mtbs… wouldn’t want it on the road bike though.

what do you mean google doesn’t support it… by google you mean android?

Yep. Android doesn’t support gambling apps in the same way iOS does, it’s doable but thru third party…I’d hit the hay if I were you and worry about it in the morning fella  …hic!

Frame weight for the 2015 electric lime colour is 5.5lb for the 19″ frame.

Built mine up yesterday after finding Rutland doing them for £199.

Great frames, have the horizontal dropout Reynolds 520 version for SS duties which was great but I no longer ride SS and waned the same frame I could hang gears off of.

Anyone interested in a 19″ Burnt copper slot d/out frame let me know and we can sort out pics/price etc.

Just bought one of these, Will be building it up tomorrow time permitting, I know it’ll be perfect (for me anyway) as I have the SS/alfine frame version….which is going up for sale shortly ;-)

Not sure about the 650b+ thing tho.

I have a 2010/11 Reba RL 29er 100mm 9mm qr that has been great, not missed a beat since I’ve been running it.
Bought a 120mm Float 32 CTD, tapered, 15mm bolt thru a few months ago and have to say the difference is very noticable. Biggest advantage is low speed compression damping on the Fox, really hard to articulate, but it just feels more planted and positive. The 15mm axle also is a vast improvement to front end stiffness/tracking etc..
I have the FiT damper in mine which is apparently much better than the evo so if you do buy, make sure you get the right damper etc.
