Sticks surrounded by woodland too, my main concern would be the extra time it takes collecting/begging/storing/drying/chopping wood and that i’d probably end up buying it.

i was in the same boat about a year ago.your drinking might not be as big a problem as you think.are you drinking on your own at home?that’s not good.don’t chuck it away, your right that’s a bit dramatic, i moved mine out, haven’t missed it, now i drink socially and in moderation and i started running as well as biking, that really keeps the wolf from the door when i start to feel grumpy, the arguments at home still occur but now i walk away. hope this helps. you’re not on your own dude.

First go to the Queens Hotel for a few cracking pints of Hawkshead Windermere Pale, then nip across the road to “Doi Itanoi” Ambleside’s only genuine Thai restaurant.
DON’T MISTAKE it with “Jintai” which is very accurately described above and worth avoiding if you don’t like waking up with MSG thirst.

Far too many pivots for a uk bike, should have got an orange 5 but it looks like you’re more bothered about how it looks 😉

lobby its not unrideable ,but the chap in the video is the shagmeister aka "awesome dawson" have you taken the time to check out his videos on vimeo, he carries his bollocks around in a wheelbarrow, surely that says somthing about the "Nuns Chuff"
plus i will be expecting it to be ridden on a 5" xc bike.

Funny, this is my favourite post
"He seems to be leaning very far forward for a steep descent"
WTF is that supposed to mean?

Id bet £50 that knowone on here could get down that, without bailing!

For the "one foot" guy it has a two foot step down onto another rock which at the same time you have to slide your back wheel down to the side to straighten up for the next big **** rock!

    stick to your trail centres!

Dude sell the coil and get an RP23
Coils are excellent for descending (i have one on me AM blood)
In my opinion (and just about every rider on this forum) the RP23 is a groundbreaking shock suitable for all other types of Mountain Biking.
ps the DHXAir is a horrible horrible shock

like i said cranberry im not condoning it,in fact it looks like there is somthing fundamentally wrong with the law.It still does'nt make Credit a complete necessity for modern living ,I use a Credit Card for internet purchases and for when im out of the country,if anyone wants to pay over the odd intrests thats there problem.

"Neither a lender or a borrower be"
Personally i have very few debts and as a businessman I dont use bank credit.I run a Cash and Carry dealing with complete strangers and YOU take the risk when you issue credit to the thieving bastard who you never see again.Credit where credits due.

Tv repair man told me to avoid Plasma (outdated technology and they use loads more power than an LCD)
Also only Toshiba or Panasonic are repairable the rest don't supply the parts.
http://www.tvdirect.co.uk are the cheapest on the net.

Mate i was feeling just the same 7 months ago ,are you still tired even after a good nights sleep? Not enjoying the things you love (like biking)
Disapearing up your own arse with introspective thoughts?Taking everthing a bit too seriously?
Whatever is being said here go and talk to your GP or like I did get your wife to book you an appointment (i could'nt find the courage)
You may be clinically depressed and no book or exercise was helping me (i ride every tuesday night rain or shine)
