Are you eating nothing but Ready Meals washed down with a fair bit of booze?

The opposite really. Decent quality food to make nice meals with.

Erm… £350 pcm for food seems very low to me. More like £500 in our gaff.
And before you ask, no we aren't porkers either.

Have you checked the auto gearbox oil level? Our old Auto Renault 5 had a leak, got really low and then the car lost all drive….

For me it's a never ending sequence of asinine observations over things they hate.
Then some made up sequences of japes and scrapes. It may as well be a cartoon.

"hur hur hur, sarcasm, homophobia, hur hur hur".

    Inspired.

I don't reeds the Guardian. And apart from the six or seven people on this thread, everyone else hates it.

    That's not an opinion, that's a fact.

I think the vicar from Hot Fuzz would sum that up nicely:

    Ernie,

I get that it's been around a while and that people have seen it lots before. But I can't see a reason for saying "I've already seen it".
Seems odd, childish and lacking in self-worth.

Maybe that's a better definition of people on here? ***pompous smiley***

Well done to everyone who's seen it before and then posted saying they'd seen it before. It means you're waaaaaay coooool for seeing it before and not seeing it later.
I was the first person to see this post I'm writing now.
Don't look at it, you are soooooo last minute. Losers.

I hate the lower classes too. They really don't know how to enjoy themselves, show kinship or engender a combined sense of joy.

The best way to do that is to create divisions in society by mocking anything that is "chav" with like-minded friends.

That'll make a better future for our children.

F1 is great but World Cup football is gooderer.

    jasn,

I loved my "Jolly" dayglo cycling shoes though.
Happy days, but whenever I go back to London for the day I cannot imagine cycling in that traffic again.
Age has made me into a wuss!

    Jasn,

Finally I'm famous! I was one of the couriers featured in that edition of iD.
Great days for me. Cool job, cycling and great pay working only 3 days a week.
    Perfect.

Impartially, I'd say on balance that MotoGP sux and F1 rox.
So, whilst I've watched both, F1 is more gooder and MotoGP more badder.

Apparently God prefers F1 too. And that's even if he doesn't exist!

    Go Rossi!

That's true. The rule would make sense with the old rule of not overtaking before crossing the start/finish line.
But since it's a new rule and the rulebook hasn't been properly updated the penalty is way over the top.

For me I would imagine that rule was written to mean if the safety car stays out for the entire last lap i.e. crosses the finish line with the F1 cars in tow.
I doubt it was written to be ambiguous.
So for me it is a stretch to interpret it so harshly.
It does reek of Hill's revenge.

Oh well, still enjoyed the cheeky move.

"Article 40.13 of the Formula 1 sporting regulation states: "If the race ends while the safety car is deployed it will enter the pit lane at the end of the last lap and the cars will take the chequered flag as normal without overtaking.""

The race didn't end with the safety car deployed. The safety car came in before the end of the last lap not "at the end of the last lap".

Shame cos it was a great opportunistic move.

Well, I quite liked him – at least from his posts.

When I first got a job as a cycle courier I bought a Muddy Fox Courier cos I thought it'd be perfect for the job. It wasn't.

Now I'm an apathetic forty-something with nothing left to contribute to society, the i-Pad sounds tailor-made for me. Is it?
