I love Chromag frames and I have one I doubt I will ever sell. Their bars saddles and stems are my favourite by far too. I guess I’ve owned more Yeti frames than I should of too.

I’ve got a rigid 29er, rigid forked fattie,650b front suss and 26/650b carbon full suss. The more suspension I find generally makes me faster in most areas so if speed is your thing then yes f/s is more fun and maybe less tiring. I find I use my other bikes more as I like to feel a lot of the trail and not have it damped away as such. So to sum it up , your right ,I don’t actually know !

I have exactly that macbook pro at home. Runs most things lovely but I am gradually finding I need more ram after installing office and a few other things lately. It all does depend what you want it for. Build quality and screen clarity etc are still excellent and I think it’s a good Base to build on, a better one than a cheap plasticky windows laptop.

No front is 12mm only rear. If he tried his front then his is 15mm too.

Makes me wonder why my normal qr is too short. I’m hoping to maybe cut down a rear if the thread is long enough as I don’t think it’s too safe.

I was in my local one this wkd and bought a nice pair of Salomon speedcross shoes . They had some good kit in there .

For me it was the wild rush of the speed of my motocross bike years ago but I’ve changed now and it’s definitely the pump and the feeling of invincibility you get after a good training session.

My three year old raceface ones just seem to go on and on and on and on………..

Renton slightly pump out the pistons after removing the pads . Then disconnect the hose .reconnect and then gently push the pistons back in and it will push any air up the reservoir which can escape itself. Remember to pump the pistons out a smidgen as that’s enough to shift any air back up and out.

I’ve had a few pairs or carbon bars and I’ve never noticed any damping effect running front suss forks. Maybe I should try it on my rigid and report back….

I live directly opposite an infants/juniors school in a very small cul de sac. As you can guess every morning and afternoon my road is swamped in the most ignorant people I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. I’ve come home at three ish some days to find mothers/fathers parked actually on my drive with their bumpers up against my front door and others t-boning across the end of it. I had to have a row just to get on my drive. I’ve lost the plot so many times now that I am getting prepared to move as I will end up punching some guy as I cannot stand their arrogance. Its already got to the stage of verbal threats and fist to face so it’s time I left this area!

Try a Chromag Stylus or another of their range. I’ve owned a few and they are very good and rare.
