    Get a few riders together lots of powerful lights turn lights off get quite close turn on lights all at same time cue full on “close encounters ” effect add in healthy dose of pi#s taking much fun to be had never fails to give us a good laugh when we have had a chance to do this :D

    To the op take your self outside a have word with yourself came home yesterday to a big pile of clothes freshly ordered from a well known high street retailer note taken and stored for next time I want some bits having said that missus very rarely moans only when things get a bit excessive :?

    Been in this since first copy of MBuk hit the shelves and followed most trends along the way inc wheel sizes,up early(ish) this morning off out for a ride “just” the local loop riding friends have come and gone but still love to ride :D

    If you can do shocks and forks why not added it to your list biggest MUST decent coffee machine along with decent coffee get that right and you’ll have a never ending supply of biscuits :D

    So had the Yaris hybrid about a week and half so thoughts so far auto box has been fun getting use to only tried to put car into first a few times normally at traffic light when iam not quite thinking :oops:
    Having drive mode shown on screen does turn you into a smug so and so when crawling along in traffic in electric only mode :D
    Oh and wife has turned into fuel consumption nazi (having never before given a s##t about it) :D
    Overall ownership so far has been good and Toyota both local dealer and Toyota UK have been outstanding

    Today wake up at 6:55am five mins before alarm is due :|
    Down stairs put coffee maker on have poo whilst waiting :oops:
    Have a brew and pop back upstairs to get clothes
    Back down stairs get dressed bike already in kitchen brought in from garage last night
    Wait for mate + brother whilst drinking yet more coffee
    Finally leave house after waking everyone else up by talking loudly in back garden :oops:

    chilli powder worked for a mate of mine i.e cat gets it on paws cat licks paw etc
    for me a battery powered rapid fire nerf gun is my fav at mo you needed the rapid fire to get them as they run off doesn’t hurt so much as scare the c**p out of them + it really good fun :D

    Warranty problem on a forklift at work(German company)send the bit back over night have reply next day by email and bit in my hand day after that everytime no problems

    It’s not difficult bike firms just haven’t quite caught up yet

    Molgrips i’ll report back on what it’s like when ive had it few weeks didn’t go for the top spec went for next one down doesn’t have rain sensing wipers or dusk sensing lights and no cruise control but apart from that pretty much the same,first auto and hybrid i’ve had so should be intresting :-)

    NO NO!! drink a vast amount of it per day, couple of cups of filter in the morning then a flask full of instant during day and then a couple of cups of filter when i get in,NEVER had any trouble sleeping or felt jittery,so to those who have issues your just a bunch of quitters :wink:

    quick update had the other two test drives last Saturday Citroen C3 salesman pleasant talked us through the car handed keys and off we head without him good test drive but car not quite up to the spec we want for us,Pug 208 next salesman way to flash for his own good but car very nice but couldn’t get us one in the colour/spec we wanted(wife wanted)for 12 weeks so came 2nd to Toyota,went in Sunday(turned up no phone call wanted to see if last time was fluke) brought Yaris Hybrid not quite painless(alloy insurence etc NO I DON’T WANT IT)but still very pleasant pick it up 3rd sept :-)

    Woody Nerf gun is your weapon of choice one the big battery powered ones rapid fire doesn’t hurt them but scares the crap out of them!!,you need the rapid fire ones for the more heroic ones a quick burst is normally enough :D

    P.s current fave is big 50cal sniper rifle not rapid fire but bigger whistling dart can cover whole garden from kitchen door :twisted:

    Had a northern soul/ska/60’s Mod playlist at my wedding but then iam an old scooter boy/soul boy so it was never going to anything else when I sent MY playlist off to Dj’s a few dropped out of the running at that point,the one who we picked played a blinder of a set :D

    40 and he told us as we stepped in the door from a two week holiday missus didn’t take it as well as I did mind you she was only 39 at the time grandson currently sitting on our sofa drink milk watching abbey and teal :-)

    P.s iam grandad and the missus is grandma none of this pa,pops or nan for us

    Flymo law mower top(ish) of the range in skip blade needed sharpening two mins with angle grinder job done still going strong 10+ years later
    Nearly brand new little tykes cozy coupe found side of road free to good home just needed a clean
    1930’s Art Deco style side table in a skip
    None of these found by me ALL found by wife she is the queen of freebies in our house 8)

    When we did ours a few years back they sent round three local agents then used the average to come up with a price,we agreed sign the paperwork to start it all and 10 weeks later moved into new house

    P.s the builders then couldn’t shift our old house for love nor money took them 8months and up for auction three times and lost a shed load of cash on what they offered us tee hee :D

    Brought a new build about three years ago did part exchange all went through no probs as for snags etc so long as you go into this eyes wide open and are quick to point them out and the time frame you expect them done in you should have no probs as for living on a site wasn’t painless but not a big prob plus my then two year loved all the diggers etc being around :D

    Heads warped,blocks cracked(internally NOT externally)or internal water way has corroded into a oil gallery the engine is shagged even if it’s running at the mo it will stop working(seized)one way or another etier that or your not giving us the full story cause those are the only way an engine can lose all it’s oil or water without a cracked sump or expansion tank :(

    One of the bonuses of riding military land wait for them to drive a armoured vehicle through undergrowth no more nettles,brambles etc plus instantly changed trail(ruts etc) just have to avoid running into them when parked up covered in camo netting :D

    Drizzle all the way round very busy with horse riders,dog walkers and rather a lot of mountain bikers(which is VERY NOT the norm)not a bad ride all in all,then went out for a pootle with the missus and the boy to try out the trail gator on the missus bike and fell off in a big patch of nettles oww!!!! :cry:

    Nerf gun doesn’t do them any harm but does scare the living s##t out of them even if you miss,current fave is the 50cal sniper rifle look a like, darts whistle as they go through the air :D

    P.s this is no way an excuse just to play with Nerf guns honest :wink:

    Yes scaled I think you are alone in that one have a 6year old xt on the hard tail and it’s only had one set of jockey wheels still plenary of life left in it
