Got to agree with some of the others on here i havn't had a fight since i was at school 14 i think(did swing a few punchs when i played rugby till i was about 21 but not full on fights)since then have always talked my way out of it or legged it i think the best thing was to ride on and report it

best pizza = in a little place in the lanes in Sorrento

best Italian/Neapolitan = cafe bar in main square in Sorrento(people watching, good food, excellent wine and beautiful Italian women)

best seafood = sea front restaurant just down the sea road from Mount st Michael(we were the only English in there a good sign so i have been told)

worst cup of coffee = main square in Capri utter sh*t

yep i use the innertube and cable ties as for brightness some of you must have duff ones cause mine is bright as fu*k and coupled with a fleabay 250 lummen special on the bars its more than enough for me to be able to ride singletrack for a couple of hours on 2500mah rechargables :D

i would as long as i live never ever buy superstar sh*t ever again pads that last one ride and when i asked about sending them back it was surggested that i hadn't fitted them right lol iam a mech engineer with 20years of working on forklifts or plant machinery oh and ive got a 2:1 in mech engineering so up yours superstar :evil:

quite often come across people like this whilst out on night rides strangley they are normally well into mountain bikes and have had some very sureal chats in the woods at night with guys like the above 8O

I'd like to come havn't ridden the Q's before so would be fun in an out of breath sweating kinda way either date good but end of Nov better :-)

Just a quick one to thanks to everyone who posted in the end used a combination of BM way and brute force(MTFU)and tyre levers and they went on,think iam going to have to get some diffrent rims as i not doing this every time i get a puncture :oops:
