steak out of fridge bring up to room temp lightly oil(extra virgin olive oil) salt and pepper bring good quality griddle pan up to VERY high temp cook steak to prefered state turn once only allow to rest serve with good chips and salad(rocket) :D

mate of my brother is a landscape gardener hes got quiet a big pond in his garden and he got some small grade rebar and knock up a support frame from good thickness green oak beams his daughter who is now 14 likes to show off by doing a jesus and run across the pond as said frame is mounted just below the water line.

stopped using mine after after my mate(now ex mate)missus used it to stalk me and tried to convinse my wife that i was having an affair with her(she a bona fide nutter)not worth the aggro and facebook did nothing to stop her after i complained.

+1 for what tandemjeremy said would check that the headtube is not deformed though easy to do with veriner caliper using the internal measuring blades on one failing that good quality steel rule and a good eye good luck hope it is just poor tolerences not deformed headtube :?

i consider myself very lucky able to go for a few rides a week it’s taken a few years to get here had another child 2 years ago after a 13year gap and at that point did some rearranging work wise i.e stopped being on call and in fact changed job when that employer didn’t like me reducing my hours down from 50+hrs to 38hrs with a little bit of overtime when I wanted it,current employer is very happy with this arrangment in fact goe someway to pushing other service engineers(those with kids) to follow suit
